Located at back of restaurant kitchen so smell of cooking comes through open windows. Washing machine mal functioned & maintenance came to help get it opened before we had to leave. Front gate does not work as a secure gate even though it is said to keep it closed, it does not lock. UX with booking app to pay deposit/bond could be better.

The 3 single beds were great for the kids...the other room had 2 x single for myself and husband ...which was not ideal...the bed was against the radiator and a gap and kept loosing my pillow throughout the night ! Once bolstered with pillows I had a better night sleep! Otherwise good shower power and comfortable in the end stay! X

It was close to where we wanted to be.

The only negative was the cleanliness. We didn’t use any of the cutlery, baking trays and cup as they had food in and hasn’t been cleaned. The hobs and kitchen worktop had a layer of dust over and one of the pillow cases had red marks over it.

Firstly after leaving school, following a long train ride. On arrival at the property, when I collected the keys I struggle for about 20 mins after calling the company to open the gate. The kids needed to use the bathroom, so they were getting frustrated. Then came a passer by offering to go somewhere to get help to open the gate. When all along in the rules and instructions you could have added the gate was stiff and needed a little shake. Secondly the children and my mum whom is near 70 catch a cold as the thermostat had not been working as the batteries were dead resulting in a cold house leaving us to sleep in socks and double blanket. Lastly I would love to have taken the bins out but what I thought was a bin cabby wasn't as it had a lock. So it would be nice as when asking to take out the bins, put exactly in the instructions where it needs to go. Overall if these this were okay would have been a fab experience.

The property was clean, modern, kids liked it. Very welcoming. Would defo do it again.

Spiral staircase up to bedrooms was tricky when carrying luggage. Bathroom could do with a bit more of a scrub. Triple bedroom window doesn’t stay open on its own.

Location was excellent. Right in the thick of it but still quiet except for the seagulls. Beds comfy. Kitchen clean.

Only 2 toilet rolls for 6 people for 2 days .

It was in a perfect location . Was clean . Not overly big but enough room for the 6 girls .

The apartment was too small for 3 adults & 3 children. No dining table. We checked everything on our day of arrival & took photos. The coffee table was very unstable, so it couldn't be used. The leg of an armchair was broken, it looked like someone had tried to fix it. We did contact customer service about this just to make them aware. They said they would pass it on to the maintenance team. Maybe they came to fix things after we left. It was fine but not suitable for our group.

Location was excellent. People in Brighton are fabulous. So many little cafés. Pinocchio's Italian Restaurant was so good. Unfortunately we only found this on our last night. Food was great & staff so efficient, accommodating & welcoming. 17grams Coffee Shop was also a real find. Coffee amazing & staff efficient & friendly. Would definitely go back to both places.

We were told totally different parking place which everyone is told to go to by you as got pictures and proof. When we did tell you sent another picture of a car park where we were to park .then at end of stay had to get car out of parking .park somewhere else ,as couldn't drive to put keys back in key safe ..one of keys never worked to lock the door .know lighting in the dark alleyway. It was the issue with how the parking was done that spoilt it as need to be able to have a key safe where you park the car .

When I arrived the keys were not in the lock box as laid out in the instructions. The place was absolutely filthy and in a very run down area that felt unsafe. The property team are unhelpful. I didnt even stay in the property because it was so awful that I couldn't stay there, so I went and checked into another hotel. I am now battling to try and get my money back

Bin was broken, mattresses on the tiny single beds were thin and pretty rough. Bathroom surround needed attention. Spiral staircase should have been mentioned. Difficult to find.

When we arrived to the flat the entrance was clean, but the resident need to watch a video to know how to open the gate to the flat. We tried to use the wash basin in the bathroom the drain was blocked, that was the first disappointment! Then we tried to use the hob to cook a quick meal, the Hob didn’t work. The pipes on top of the microwave were dropping on a pan over the toaster. The chair I sat on fell off and was supported / fixed with an Ellen Key The view we were overlooking was a mixture of rubbish bins and broken furniture. The price they are charging per night is equivalent to a 5 star hotel in Brighton but the quality for this apartment is way below. I have pictures and videos for all the above

The apartment looked like it never got cleaned, the spiral stair case is quite narrow for trying to bring luggage to the top floor, several windows did not open and we did not have hot water in the shower for the duration of the trip. The freezing cold showers we had during the week was compensated by £100 compared to the £1000 we spent for the accomodation and a maintenance man had to be called out to the apartment during our stay to shut a window as it was firmly locked in place compromising our safety at night. When I spoke to the manager of Brighton Getaways she was lovely enough though.

The location is super convenient and is located right in the middle of cafes and shops, and it was situated further inside a street so it was quiet enough.

The fridge didn’t work very well and it would have been handy to know the gate lock was stiff!

The location was perfect to explore the beach and city. The place was decorated beautifully and had lots of lovely little touches.
