Unfortunately I was in room 1 facing main road meaning heard every single car that drove past, also the water meter is in the room plus WiFi router, not ideally. We didn't sleep well. Location is also distant from Liverpool City center. I know it isn't Owners fault but we wouldn't stay again. Thank you tho.

Very good instructions from owner and more than 1 shared bathroom in the property. Property was clean and good touch of mugs and kettle in room.

The stairs up to the top floor required intensive concentration, which was not enjoyable when having to go down and back up to use the bathroom. Far removed from the sights of Liverpool (but accessible by bus and a bit of a walk).

Clean, bright, and cheerful. I was very grateful that my request for an early bag drop was accommodated. It was within a reasonable hike to the football stadiums.

No mirrors to shave by!Only 1 cup, glass and cutlery between 2! Not a single chair or a shelf to put small items/toiletries on! Other male occupants 'weeing' on the toilet lids, showing lack of consideration to other residents!

Everything was to my expectations. There was nothing I didn’t like.

This property exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a room facing the back of the property so slept well. The owners added a nice touch of having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room alongside a plate and cutlery. I felt comfortable will be returning . The bathrooms and toilet were clean, the property looked clean and smelt fresh throughout.

It would benefit from another bedside table, a desk and chair, along with some thicker blackout curtains. A fan for the hot evenings would be a real bonus.

On the day of arrival, I was sent instructions on how to access the property and the room. There is a key safe on the front door, and the individual room has a code. We were allocated room two on the ground floor at the back. It’s very spacious with a large wardrobe under the stairs, a side table, a Kettle, and a small selection of tea and coffee sachets, but only one cup and one milk are provided despite it being a double room. Linen and towels were freshly laundered and the room was clean if a little sparse. The two shower rooms are upstairs and very clean, though the cubicles are very small. The shower worked very well; the water was hot and has good pressure. There was a kitchen at the back on the ground floor which we had access to, but there’s not much in it in terms of crockery and pans, etc. Fortunately, we were only staying one night, but the fridge was clean. The area is quiet and I was able to park on the street for free was a bonus as a lot of the area is Permit parking only. Great value stay that could be vastly improved with some simple additions.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that's maybe just my preference.

Location was excellent for Ainfield (30 mins walk) easy to gain access, room was clean and there was everything you need for somewhere to lay your head. Clean and facilities were decent. Bed wasn't the comfiest but it was ok for one night and for the price.

For the cost it was good and suited our needs. Please add mirrors to every room and in the bathrooms. We were going to see taylor swift and yet couldn't see ourselves in any mirror before we left.
