Location couldn’t be better - 5 mins from station and right in the heart of town. Despite this it was really quiet - it’s on a back street and the bedroom overlooked an office car park so a very peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed.

Entrance in side street which was quite dark at night.; key pad was also difficult to activate on front door. Staff difficult to contact if difficulties/queries arose. Our safety deposit box was locked on arrival and despite asking for it to be opened this didn’t happen during our stay.

Proximity to city centre. Large, warm and comfortable apartment. Very quiet. Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch.

One thing that lets the property down is the pull out sofa bed being uncomfy. If there was just two of you, this would not be an issue however we stayed as a four and unfortunately this was a let down. Also, the hot water did run out on us even though we didn’t wash our hair, and was not in the shower long, so keep that in mind. However, that’s it! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. We were firstly met by a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was lovely. The place was clean, spacious and perfectly decorated. Not to mention the bathroom was gorgeous! It is perfectly situated in the city, we found everywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 5 min walk! Overall, such a nice stay and a great value for money. We really enjoyed it !

No breakfast was included on our visit, however was great that tea, coffee and milk were available and all the necessary equipment was available to cook anything you wished. Lovely clean kitchen area and fab coffee maker.

Someone mentioned in previous reviews in regards to it needing a lick of paint but as someone who has dark walls they are a nightmare to keep up so I don’t have an issue with a few marks, also another mentioned plugs not being near the vanity but we stayed in the bennett and there were some under the dresser so again not an issue for us

Myself and my husband were in Leeds for a gig at the first direct arena and this apartment was perfect for us, very central location, easy to find and check in details were very easy to follow, the apartment is a good size, homely, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and shower. Clean and tidy, Host was brilliant and the Prosecco was a lovely suprise .. would stay here again

Modern, vibrant decoration. Comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for 6 people. Great communication leading up to our stay about getting into the apartment. Very spacious and clean. Two bathrooms for 6 people I thought was a bonus! We were in the kaiser suite which is lower ground so no windows. Didn't bother us as we only stayed one night but probably wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

The bed was way too small, is it even a double bed ? Also i could not find where to plug the hair dryer and my straightners into near the vanity (forgive me if it was there all along and i just didn't see it) so i struggled to style my hair from the sockets on the bed side as the wires did not stretch to be infront of the mirror. My advice, bring a decent hand mirror or an extension lead if you want to sit at the vanity to dry and style your hair lol !

The bathroom and main living area are gorgeous, quirky decor and original flooring made it feel luxurious. Kitchen well supplied. Milk and bubbly a nice touch. Loved that it had a Lavazzo coffee machine and complimentary pods to use (i had not read that and brought my own coffee bags !). To improve on kitchen facilities maybe providing some sachets of cooking oil, salt and Pepper. We have stayed in many Airbnb's etc who do provide the basics like that. Heating worked like a dream. Location amazing and we were on the top floor so not bothered by door noise.

Sofa Bed. Noise from Hallway doors.

I have mixed feelings about this place - only because of the exact room I stayed in - Ground Floor Apartment - 'The Hirst'. First, if you have any mobility issues at all, it's not really on the ground floor - you do have to go up some stairs. Just be aware of that. The space inside was great, it was clean, had everything we needed, comfortable bedroom. Where this apartment fell really short was the Sofa bed. The mattress was paper thin, old, had stains, and the springs made such a noise every time the person sleeping on it moved even in the slightest. Obviously not very comfortable. So, if you need a second bed - I'd definitely consider elsewhere until they buy a brand new sofa-bed. My real issue with this specific room is that it is next to the main door and secondary door to the other rooms - and let me tell you, those two doors bang loud each and every time a guest comes in and out. Over and over again. And after two days, it gets real old! Also you have new guests trying to enter their room code in your door by mistake - can be a little unsettling. I'd steer clear of this room for sure unless you're getting a stellar deal and/or they plan on fixing how those doors open and close - which would not be difficult actually!
