First impressions were very poor. The main building at the front is very rundown. Reception was a bit strange, just a man with a laptop sitting at a bar table, he was very friendly however and helped with bags etc as he showed us to our rooms in the travel lodge which is located behind the hotel. The lodge is in much better condition than the building at the front.

Comfy bed, rooms were a good size and clean. The price was great - we paid £65 a night for a family room and the cheapest alternative we could find anywhere within 30 miles was £258! Free parking. Also in a handy location close to shop , deli etc Definitely read some reviews before booking. If you're just looking for somewhere clean and basic to lay your head for the night then this is perfect but if you're expecting something more then I'd recommend booking elsewhere.

The Google location is wrong. we were roaming in that area for 30 minutes. Entrance is opposite of Morrison daily but in Google it is shown behind it. Also it is located behind one of the abandoned property. Many people mistaken it for abandoned property and left as they were unable to locate it. Check In is by phone. You have to call their helpline number and wait for the ground staff outside the hotel. I waited almost 20 minutes in the snow for the ground staff. Rooms are clean but towels were stained.

Great location (close to Inverness)A good sized room, quiet location and parking is available on site. Prices are also value for money compared to other properties near Inverness.

Wasn't sure if it was the travelodge to begin with as the outside looks quite scruffy with weeds etc.

I liked the little touches with snacks and plentiful coffee/tea. Very friendly staff.

I read some negative reviews after I had booked. Things have changed. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm in an annex behind the original hotel. Don't be put off by out of date reviews.

Odd little town - nowhere to gather to socialize.

Close to take away shop. Good location. Local pub closed down but bar in nearby hotel was good. Staff helpful. Odd set up with two separate buildings. Reception in front one.

Excellent value for money paid. Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and although there were no eating facilities on site there is a lovely cafe across the street and a local shop. Beautiful surroundings. Obviously the young man in charge is just starting out but cannot fault him and has great potential to expand the business in summer months.

Very quiet room and location, perfect car park, and just a few moments walk from all the features of the resort town. Strong WIFI and large room. Check in was super fast and the receptionist was really helpful.

The room was listed on Booking as a double bed plus a single bed, but in the room there were actually 3 single beds. Not the end of the world, but as a couple we'd have liked the double bed. The central OYO office in London will call you twice: once to know if the check-in went ok, and once to know if your experience during your stay was satisfactory. I understand you want feedback, but what the heck? This is taking it a bit too far.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room itself was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The location is very good within the village.

Staff have poor to no English or customer service !! When we arrived the man cutting hedges turned out to be the one checking us in !! But no idea what he was meant to do ! could nit even open doors !! No working kick in door place unbelievably dated and dirty everything was bad
