Massive thank you to Emma and John who are lovely, very welcoming, and helpful. They told us of various places to eat in town, and there were takeaway menus in the property should you fancy a delivery. There was a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/sugar, box of biscuits and a jar of their own brand honey waiting for us. Sadly however,, they told us that they've decided to give up the beekeeping/honey business and are now concentrating on holiday lets.Spotlessly clean. Very peaceful. Location is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Perranporth. The beds are THE most comfortable I've ever come across in a caravan/mobile home. Lovely little owl trinkets/ornaments made it feel very homely. The main bathroom was a really good size, with a toilet, shower, and a separate full-size bath..never ever seen this before. There is a separate toilet, albeit very tiny, but useful if the main bathroom is in use. Full sized fridge freezer. Fully stocked kitchen utensils/crockery/glassware etc inc good set of sharp knives, bowls, pans, etc. (except tongs, but wasn't a problem). The biggest surprise was the beautiful peacocks right next to the caravan. They have a long pen to roam around in, but didn't cause us any bother. All in all, it is a lovely comfortable peaceful place to stay.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault a thing. The mobile home is comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a stay. But what really makes this stay absolutely exceptional was the hosts - they were so helpful and kind. They left some lovely honey and biscuits, and a really helpful pack about the local area including local shops,takeaways and restaurants. We booked this place as an emergency and we have been so happy with our stay that we have talked about coming back to stay again and have forwarded the details to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay very much. The caravan was very clean and warm, with all the mod cons of home to include a modern boiler with instant hot water, a well appointed kitchen, big bathroom (with bath and shower) and a flat panel TV with excellent reception. The location is excellent too, with the A30 in easy reach, making Truro, Falmouth and Newquay all easily accessible. The owners Emma & Tony made us feel very welcome too :-)

Situated in such a beautiful location and great to visit around the area without being too far away. The hosts gave a very friendly welcome and all round we had an enjoyable stay and will be returning.

The static home felt extremely spacious. There was plenty of storage space, two bathrooms, a shower and a bath. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals for the family. It was exceptionally clean and clearly very well maintained. We loved that it was quiet and yet close to so many things. We could drive to Perranporth in 5 mins and it was close enough to main roads to be able to get to other places with ease. We had a fantastic time. The hosts were very attentive and approachable. We will definitely return.

We loved the fact the caravan was on a very quiet farm. Some families might find it too quiet as there isn't a pool, clubhouse etc. It was perfect for what we wanted

The caravan was spotless and the kitchen was all in good working order. The bathroom was massive with a separate shower and full bath. The hosts were great and helpful and also provided some Cornish goodies. The view across the farm was beautiful with wild rabbits, peacocks next door and other wildlife. Great location, literally 5 minutes drive to Perranporth Beach and 5 minutes from the main dual carriage way which runs through Cornwall.

Can’t really comment on anything that I didn’t like.

This was a great place for a great price. First time going to Cornwall and staying in a mobile home and I only have good things to say. The owner is a lovely person, the mobile home was clean and very roomy. Myself and my family of 5 stayed there for a couple of nights and everyone really enjoyed it. An extra thing to comment on was even the water pressure was amazing, great to relax after a long day out. Close to a few beaches and shops, short drives away. Very peaceful as it is located on a farm, a couple of other caravan next to this one but at a good distance away so we always had enough privacy.

Great location, quiet,clean and good size.Host is very accomodating,provided us with extra duvet upon request.Given me instruction on how to use the cooker.Had a welcome pack nicely laid on table with lovely honey and with leaflets of places to visit and nearest the pub too. Everything you needed is ready and clean.Had a great stay and good sleep .Would likely stay again.
