The only thing I would say needed an improvement was the bed, we could feel the springs it could have been a comfier mattress. We still managed to sleep. The corners of the bathroom needed to be hovered e.g behind the end of the bath and behind the dressing table. Although this was minor and bits can collect easily on tile floors. Everything else was spotless.

Really modern, decorated lovely had a really nice feel to it. Good facilities. Perfect for being in the centre, parking straight outside or 5 minuets away. Easy to find and easy accessible. We will return.

Nothing at all I didn’t like, only thing is I would have like to be able to turn the heat up a little.

I loved how it looked exactly like the pictures.. beautiful and felt so relaxing for me and my partner. I hope we can come back very soon. Also loved how close you are to the centre of Chester. Would highly recommend staying here.

The flat is clean and the host was lovely. The sofa is very comfortable and the bed was great. Do bring carpet slippers / thick socks though as the floor is tiled.

The only thing wrong with the apartment was the mattress could do with a new one felt like you was going to roll off it and could feel the springs.

Only issue for us was that we had no towels! States on the property description that they're provided.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. Very well kept. Mario was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early on such short notice. Highly recommend.

Personal preference but the mattress could have been abit softer and firmer pillows. Maybe update the towels. Again all Personal preference. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The apartment was in a great location. Lovely and clean and very well presented! Had everything you needed, although we weren't in the apartment for a long period of time we were very happy with it.

Great location in chester central. Five minutes Walking distance to shops,local bars and Restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Really pleased with the overall cleasiness and presentation of the apartment. The host Mario was brilliant he presented a warm welcome and was only a phone call away if needed .Highly recommend to anyone visiting chester, We would definitely stay again next time we visit chester.

Mario was fantastic! Went above and beyond. The apartment is also fantastic! Spotlessly clean. Super spacious. Luxurious throughout. Fully equipped kitchen so self catering is easy. A must place to stay if in Chester. Better than anywhere else I've stayed. Great price for an awesome apartment. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Mario! 👍🙂

Bed pillows weren't the best.. could have done with being a bit thicker and could have done with a full-length mirror somewhere.. That's all though.. more of a constructive criticism than a complaint! 😁
