It didn't feel very luxury. There was dark hair on the floor, a draw front hanging off the chest of draws. We were told we had to put the permit in the car but no permit was found and texted staff but no answer. So was a little worried we would of got a ticket. The pillows were not great but apart from that it was an okay stay for what I needed.

Clear instructions and easy to collect keys from shop. Close to city and free parking was excellent. Nice sized bedrooms. We struggled to get into gate so staff were happy to help when I called. Good for just one night stay and if you just need to get to the city quickly. It was quiet too.

Bit tricky to find the key collection place. Could have been a little bit cleaner but wasn’t too bad. We couldn’t work out how to find TV channels on the TV.

Host was very welcoming and responsive to queries. There was a lovely selection of drinks and snacks on arrival. Nice quiet apartment and comfortable stay.

I found the message on how to get the keys a bit confusing and not the clearest. Beds were very firm - fine for me but my college wasnt a fan, bit lacking in mirrors and the car parking permit which was meant to be in the property wasn't there. We were given a code via whatsapp so I wrote that on a piece of paper and put in.

Late confirmation of where to collect keys. Not explained On the fourth floor with no lift. Balcony is a gantry entrance. Well appointed apartment with attention to detail yet poor quality mattress in the double bedrooms rock hard, easy fix.

Good location for the Bullring, large apartment well appointed, secure parking for one car. Clean, the management did address my issues. Good value and it's not a hotel.

A bit tired, stains on furnishings, not enough items in cupboard e.g wine glasses or tea towels. Cigarette burn on table. Cracked glass in frame, edging coming off skirting. Snags on throw on bed. Chain on blind n bathroom broken. Dirty bath mat. Table wonky. Stain on lounge floor.

It wasn’t very clean, only one towel each, no wardrobe or anything to hang clothes up. The oven hadn’t been cleaned or the rack inside the tray had fat on from previous guest. No mirrors in bedroom for getting ready. Sink plug stuck so couldn’t empty it. Drawer broken in second bedroom. Dust everywhere, skirting boards, lights , light switches. Tea towels were dirty, sponge for washing up was an old previously used one. Only one wine glasses which was dirty. It just wasn’t a very pleasant experience at all.

The mattresses on the beds were very hard so didn’t sleep well.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the bullring shopping centre, secure parking included was a bonus. Quite building easy to access to the 4th floor via the lift and the apartment had everything that we needed.

If I was being picky I would love a king size bed over a double bed.

The apartment was so beautiful! Everything was lovely and clean and there were all the extras (towel, shower gel, shampoo, cotton wool, tea, hot chocolate etc). It was spacious and a great location.
