Lovely large, well equipped accommodation. The facilities on the park were great and everywhere was spotless. Lovely and quiet as off peak.

If I’m being reeeally critical, the porch furniture was a little rusty and old, but we didn’t realise there even was a front porch until we arrived, so we were all just happy to have one really.

I stayed here for one night with 4 of my family members (3 generations) and none of us had a single complaint. The sofas and beds were very comfortable, good nights sleep all round. The lodge is actually quite spacious, clean, nicely decorated and loaded with nearly everything you’d need. I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher, washing machine, on-sweat bathroom in the double room, toilet roll and hand soap in both bathrooms, 4 tvs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), a draw full of utensils, cupboard full of crockery and drinking vessels, cupboard full of cleaning supplies and a cupboard full of replenishments inc. dishwasher tablets, soap, kitchen roll etc. The was even a hair dryer and curling iron 🤯 The only things that were not supplied was a towel and toiletries. The host informed us that towels would not be supplied prior to the date and I wouldn’t have expected or needed additional toiletries. So, definitely not a downside for me. We met the host when we arrived and he was very friendly and accommodating.

Warm, spacious and very well equipped lodge. The park had an excellent leisure pool - great for younger children but with sauna, steam room and gym for adults.

It would have been better if there had been scissors available for meal prep. We also would have appreciated some instructions for using the microwave and the oven - it took us a long time to try and work these out.

Thoughtful interior design and arrangement of furniture in the space available. Clean space. Large sitting room. Good range of facilities. Adequate heating in cold weather.

A fantastic lodge. Big kitchen, living area. Well equipped with everything we needed. Location for visiting New Forest and coast was excellent and the park has great facilities. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Could have done with some cushions on the sofa to help with back posture, but this didn’t ruin the experience of the stay at all.

The Wi-Fi only worked intermittently in the evening.

Lovely quiet location (October, don’t know what it’s like during summer holidays).The lodge itself was was pristine, the furniture looked brand new. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living area. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only there one night so can’t comment on those. The grounds around the lodge were beautifully maintained.

Disappointing to not find any wine glasses. When we did there were only two that were in the dishwasher which hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests.

Great property for a group of friends. Plenty of space, relaxing and ideal for our one night stay - much cheaper than B & B’s in the area. Luke provided all the information in advance which was helpful.

Wasn't aware that towels weren't provided. Ran out of toilet roll and no spare. Pillows very flat and not enough to use 2 each
