Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Previous guest’s food left in the fridge. Glasses and crockery dirty and dull of soap residue.

Also please make sure there are enough glasses . And please there should be teatowels and little towels in the in the litchen area. The sofabed in the livingroom is broken

The property was good but their is some maintenance needing to be done . One of the kitchen doors was damaged. Also the entrance way was not good. Loose rubble lying around.

The heating system was quite difficult to figure out so instructions would have been helpful. Also found that the tap was leaking in the kitchen so much of it was wet when we arrived. Granted we didn't raise this with the hosts due to the timing so I'm sure they'd have sorted it if needed.

Instructions were quite detailed which were easy enough to follow for finding the key and that was brilliant. Everything was set up for us although we had to make up the sofa bed which was expected and there was plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen.

Directions given were not consistent with the address in booking. Took us 2 hrs to find the place and numerous messages and after a 28hr flight was not happy. Also did not have luggage facilities to store anything and had to then find a place to hold our luggage at an additional cost.

The room had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and well layed out. Close enough to get around with out to much difficulty.

Since the room is semi-basement, the indoor stairs may be wet on rainy days.

Great place, very central in london. A little bit far from Subway (15 minutes walk). The neighbourhood is very quiet. The appartement was very confortable, very well equiped, very nice.

Some parts needs some maintenance (plumbing as there is a small leak in the kitchen and in toilets, broken shade cords, some things missing from kitchen supplies (like a wooden spatula). Some of the wood around the apartment (bathroom, closets) has been damaged by water. The cleaning supplies and water heater closet could be more organized and clean. We inquired the manager of the property if someone he entered while we were away but never got a response, which would have been nice as we had noticed some cleaning items and bedsheets had been moved. Everything else was great.

We liked the apartment and the surroundings. Check in was very easy. It was at a walking distance from Westminster abbey (about 15/20min with kids) and a bit less for the nearest underground station. We felt the apartment met our needs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything was clean, and with changes of towels, bedsheets, cleaning products, and washer, as well as a kitchen with a few basics (toaster, microwave, kettle, silverware, etc). There was a working elevator which was perfect to take suitcases and stroller upstairs. The trash-bin inside the apartment complex was easy to find. The TV was properly working and the living room set up was nice. There is an iron and ironing board, and enough hangers to hang you laundry to dry, as well as a few fans that you can move around to help with heat or dry clothes. There is a pub right in front of the building and a small store with essentials (perfect to buy a few groceries for breakfast or bathroom supplies). There is also “Cab station” upfront so it was very easy to hop on a cab anytime we needed. It was actually very convenient for our family and better than the subway to get everywhere quicker. The apartment is hot in the summer but with windows opened and a couple of fans, it is at a perfect temperature.

there is no door on the bedroom so theres a lack of privacy considering that there may be people sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

It was slightly stressful only getting check in instructions the night before, but once they did arrive they were clear and very useful.

The apartment was really well situated, was clean, had air con, had a good size living space and all the necessary kitchen facilities for our one night stay.

The shower was difficult to work out to use and to get hot water. The shower holder on the wall needs fixing, Couldn't get the dryer to work. Some instructions on how to work both would be good for future users The blinds particularly in the bedroom were not great in terms of blocking out the light in the mornings

The apartment was very hot and made the night sleep difficult as there was no air con. There was also no tea towel in the kitchen, and the ensuite shower head and toilet could do with some fixing.

On arrival the dishwasher was full of dirty pots and mugs. The cleaner must have forgot to empty it but these things happen. The drains and dishwasher also had a bad smell but only when in use.

Amazing location in central London. Victoria station a ten minute walk. The apartment block was very safe and secure with large fronted gates. The apartment was very modern and well furnished.
