VERY NICE LOCATION, WITH CLEAN ROOMS AND KITCHEN, AND TOILETRIES WERE AVAILABLE, COSY AND NICE APARTMENT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE APARTMENT FOR A FAMILY OF 2 OR THREE.

A couple of small suggestions 1. Ask for the heating to be turned on before you arrive in winter. It is underfloor heating and takes a few hours to warm up. 2. If you want to watch regular tv channels, ask for these to be installed. That's it! Enjoy!!

Well equipped comfortable and spacious one bed appartment close to the City station and 10' to the Town Centre. Calm environment albeit with train noise. Very good response from Cham who was able to resolve a couple of small problems quickly. I enjoyed the stay and apart from a few small improvements ( see below) would thoroughly recommend this place. Shhh....don't spread the word to others as they might want to use this place too!!!

Some hooks on backs of doors to hang towels or clothing on. Maybe a small chair in the bedroom and somewhere to hang coats especially when wet. Also one shower managed to take all the hot water on our second morning and we didn’t have time to wait for the tank to heat up so we didn’t manage to all shower which was not great.

Great location for what we needed that weekend. A lovely peaceful place for us to be and escape to.

The apartment was a bit dirty and dusty and I had to hoover the floor and the sofa. Some furniture needs replacement (chipped coffee table); in general I would suggest to add some lamps, mirrors, blankets, add basket in the bathroom, etc. The apartment is exposed to the train line and you can hear the noise.

The apartment is spacious and warm, fast internet connection and less than 10 minute walking distance from the train station and shops.

Lovely to have a apartment to use has a base while visiting family....had everything and couldn't have been more comfortable... close to station a bonus but you do have to put up with passing train's during the night... didn't bother us.

there were not enough towels for three adults and there were only two bowls in the crockery cupboard. we were resident for two nights and as we are family sharing towels was easier.

the property was well located for the main railway station and for access to the centre. the property was clean and the kitchen well appointed.

Wad told free parking but several complaints that we were parked in other people's places. Dining charis and sofa were not clean

The kitchen couold do with a few more basic utensils and crockery, especially as there is plenty of room to store them in the kitchen cupboards. Also, it's really handy for those staying in a self catering apartment if there's a basic stock of condiments such as salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, kitchen roll, foil. Overall though, these are very minor and would not put us off staying again.

Great location and very comfortable modern apartment in what looks like a relatively new building. Easy to walk into town, and close to restaurants and take aways/ garage etc. Really good instructions on where to park (right behind the property) and how to get into the apartment, and good communication with owner. It was very warm inside, we actually turned the heating down. Also nice to have the juliette balconies. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the most disgusting flat ever... the host was very unprofessional and had no communication. He was rude and didn't respond to any of our concerns.it was a very expensive accommodation and expected it to be clean. The kettle and toaster were disgusting, the fan didn't work, the sofa was dirty, the towels were stained, and alot more. We have attached some of the photos we took which we sent him. He lied and think its ok to scam people. It was the most disgusting flat ever... the host was very unprofessional and had no communication he lied about us smoking and kept the hold fee too, which was £150 !!!!! We even left earlier than our stay because it was horrible and he didn't even respond to any of my messages.
