I didn't like the fact that there is no lift and apartment is on the 3rd floor, for someone with bad knee like me it was challenging going up and down the stairs, but above all it was okay and my stay was enjoyable.

The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, accommodation was fantastic, very clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities to make you feel at home, good value for money, staffs were very quick to respond to any quarries over the phone or via text.

Being centrally located has some drawbacks with late night street noise from bars and clubs on Friday and Saturday nights. And you will hear the church bells ring which is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

We’ll located in the centre of town , close to shops and restaurants as well as both the national express station and train station. Also easy access to tram or local bus. Modern deco and brightly lit apartment.

I loved this property so my complaints are very pedantic; the doors are quite heavy and so they make quite a loud slamming noise when they close, so we were worried about the neighbours a lot, but we never received any complaints. There wasn’t any washing up liquid provided which again, wasn’t the end of the world.

Right in the heart of city centre, everything is within walking distance and the flat itself is beautiful. The price was very generous for the property and it was a really nice place to stay.

A bigger sofa would be a good upgrade, Cushions on the bed had some stains on so maybe some new covers on them

Too many steps. Room 8. My fault as I should have asked. Really noisy night to early morning. It was new years eve. Bed a little squashed. Not much room. Although it shows this on the pictures, so I expected it. But I was comfy.

If was very convenient for the shops. Central location. Modern. Clean. Home from home. Comfortable. Everything you need.

Upon arrival, the heating wasn't working properly; the two electric heaters in the main living area wouldn't work and the shower was weak and luke warm. The apartment was freezing cold. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. When I contacted the property, they provided me with a new Wi-Fi name and password, which did work. However, in response to the fact that the apartment's living area electric heating was broken, they requested me to try again; repeating instructions they'd already given me. I tried again and it still didn't work. I told them this – they did not respond to this. Instead, they sent me a message demanding I return a key fob that I didn't have. My boyfriend and I were not willing to stay in a freezing cold apartment. We checked out late at night on the first night and found alternative accommodation (we were booked in to stay 3 nights and I had paid extra for late check-out in advance). The apartment owners refused to answer Booking.com's customer service messages until 6 days after the stay. When they did answer Booking.com, they advised they would not be willing to give me a refund for the 2 nights that I did not stay in their apartment; despite me checking out and returning the key during the first night's stay. They have also not refunded me for the additional late checkout fee I paid. Do not stay here. There are many other reliable and well-situated apartments and hotels in Nottingham to book instead.

The location was great. But there are many other well located apartments and hotels you can stay at in Nottingham instead of here.

The property decor is lovely. Beautiful features. Comfortable. Excellent location with everything you need on the door step. Very responsibly priced. Me & my friend would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was in the centre for food, pubs and shops. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and laid out. I would highly recommend and would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever visited Nottingham. The owners were very helpful.

The room was in a great location, the views were good, we found that the beds were comfy and the shower was nice and easy to use. Kitchen had everything we needed to make food, the hosts left clear instructions how to access the building

60 stairs to reach the room 3rd floor usually means 3x15 stairs, max. This was significantly more, and no warning given in advert.Poor cleanliness, no working WiFi, no bedding on one of beds. Was promised a refund that never materialised.

The apartment cleaning was very poor. Dirty / stained cushions on the bed. Under the bed hadnt been hovered in a long time thick dust and even an old packet of sweets under the bed! There was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom to wash your hands ( a fault apparently- even so thats a basic I would have thought). The towels provided were that nice grubby yellow white colour! The springs on the internal doors are very tight, so it was difficult to get in and out them. We had to wedge a slipper in both the bathroom and bedroom doors to ensure we didnt get stuck in ! The outside alleyway ( right outside the entrance to the apartment) is filthy with lots of rubbish etc I have been advised its outwith the control of the owners. That said it was scary and intimidating especially at night when coming back from our evening out. The apartment is described as luxurious but in my opinion it is definitely not! Therefore in my opinion, the appartment not worth the money. I contacted the apartment providers who offered me £25 clean fee but basically told me that if I didnt like booking.com style properties i should consider a premium inn !! Very impertinent ! I think if the owners got a much better cleaning service and inspected it from time to time and changed their overall attitude to customers they could have a luxury appartment.

Shower was difficult to get to a workable temperature and I couldn’t figure out how to get any of the radiators working so it was warm for the first night and not so much come the last. Other than that couldn’t fault the place, again, fantastic spot 👍🏼

Great location. We also both really liked the openness of the living area and the cosiness of the bedroom. Fantastic spot for a stay.
