Noting as everything was amazing!

So happy I booked this place, literally loved everything and couldn’t fault a thing at all! All was explained very clearly from the booking in it self, to parking, food places nearby, over all very informative and I love that help is always available. I was kindly welcomed by Shaz and Samera bless her she showed me around the apartment. She was very professional, bubbly, chatty, overall an amazing humble host and she is a credit to the team. I was sceptical the day before however when I saw the apartment in person it was honestly better than expected! I suggest anyone that does book to go all out and book the room with the sauna and outdoor garden area. The interior is up to high standards, very luxury and you can tell there’s been a lot of thought gone into every detail! The lighting, the ambience making it extremely cosy. I’ve attached a few pictures but honestly pictures don’t do justice you have to be there to feel the exceptional atmosphere. My other half was genuinely surprised and absolutely loved his birthday treat. Our kind of vibe this place! Everything went positively well. Check out was easy too. Thank you to the serenity team, we both appreciate the kind hospitality and can’t wait to be back again :)

We had an amazing stay. We stayed in the deluxe apartment and paid extra to have the room decorated for a birthday. The room was beautifully decorated and clean! The experience was amazing! Sadiya was really helpful and supportive, nothing was too big or small. Sadiya shared lots of information to help with our trip. We wish we had booked for longer and will definitely be booking again soon!!

The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing, our favourite things about the apartment. We felt extremely welcomed. We were given recommendations of where to eat and were shown how everything works. The set up of the apartment was beautiful and we loved the different light options (LED, spot light, back light). Would 100% recommend and will be visiting again

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Was an enjoyable stay. The host was amazing and gave us a whole run down of how to operate everything in the apartment. Would definitely recommend this place foe a couples getaway. The Hosts were so helpful in recommending food spots too as well as helping us out late at night with a door problem.

The room was excellent, clean and the facilities in the room was amazing especially the hot tub and saona, staff was really nice too and helpfull. The restaurants nearby was amazing too the food was brilliant and I would defo recommend Mumtaz restaurant. I would definitely recommend to stay at Serenity apartments and will be booking again.

The area wasn't the nicest, but that was through no fault of their own.

Shaz was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed the jacuzzi with the tv and the sauna. Had a really enjoyable night, the apartment was as described.

The outside needs a little bit of decorating, but that was explained that it’s on the list of things to do, so this doesn’t reflect what the place is like inside the apartment

The property was clean inside and had everything that we needed, there was a small issue with noise due to a fan on the LED lights, so he turned the lights off as requested to stop it, but that was the only issue, the owners that we met were very nice and helpful for everything
