Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot sure if I'm right in saying this but I thought it said it has off road parking which it didn't. I can't comment about the communal kitchen because I didn't see it due to late check in and early check out. Bathroom is beautifully decorated but on the small side.

United KingdomThe tv volume was set, so I couldn’t turn it up to hear it (my hearing isn’t so good as it once was). However I fully understand this is for the comfort of all guests so I wouldn’t change it because, the other guests shouldn’t be disturbed by others TV’s. So I can’t, in all good conscience, say I didn’t “like” it, it was just the only thing I couldn’t use.
Plenty of parking space outside of the property. Within a short distance of corner shops and takeaways. The area was quiet, we weren’t disturbed by anything. The owners were easy to contact and very kind and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the entire building and grounds. There were so many things put in place to make their visitors feel comfortable and at home. There were slippers near the front door, loads of toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedside lamps had charging ports for phones/devices. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need, from cooking oil, kitchen paper, spices, salt n pepper, extra tea/coffee, milk, sugar etc etc etc. There was an iron and ironing board…the list goes on. It really was a “home from home” experience. Hats off to the property owners for creating such a welcoming place to stay. I would have no qualms about recommending this place and should myself or anyone I know need accommodation in Peterborough I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much to the owners for all your hard work and attention to detail.

Very clean and tidy great facilities only one down fall was couldn't change the TV into terrestrial channels it has Netflix but wanted channels 1 to 5 on normal TV and didn't know how to change it neither did the guy who took us to our room

The place is well-maintained and clean. The staff is ready to assist. There are clear instructions for customers to follow which helps to keep the house clean.

United KingdomUnfortunately the bed was so poor that we barely slept all night. It was so soft and springy that it was like sleeping on a poorly filled water bed. We were disappointed to find there were no breakfast tea bags available only fruit or mint tea.
The room was clean and tidy and had most of the facilities we expected.
