Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe lift was broken during our stay and we were on the 4th floor with 2 babies and 2 prams. I can't give a completely positive review because obviously this was horrific. However the staff were so helpful and frequently helped us carry babies, shopping and packing up and downstairs!
The space was lovely and well kept. I wouldn't call it could friendly but it was definitely child accommodating. Lovely views, well laid out rooms and a working useable kitchen. Would definitely stay again, but probably without the kids.

TV of neighbour was mounted into other side of the wall above my bed. Huge amounts of street noise as window was broken and old/not sufficient to dampen any sound. Dusty, dirty room littered with small bits of broken building material.
Location is nice, however there is no parking and across the road from a noisy bar

BrazilThe lift was broken and we had 5 big and heavy suitcases to go up to the 3rd floor, 2 of them elderly! I was not communicated at any time about this. I also needed to wash clothes and the laundry room was quite dirty, what made me give up.
The apartment is small but comfortable, it does not accommodate 4 people because the sofa bed in the living room is very small. It was clean and the heaters work well.

United Kingdom- Check-in hours are limited, so you will need to be in the property by 19:30 hrs the latest - As per most reviews here, the standard of cleaning and lack of attention are abismal. 1/I booked a room with a desk, but no desk was available for me to use 2/ The room assigned had not been properly cleaned, there were food crumbs on the floor, dust in the surfaces, the cooking area and microwave not cleaned for a while, marks of grassy fingers on the walls, toilet seat missed a scrub. 3/ Cutlery and cooking utensils dirty. In a nutshell, disgusting. - As per previous reviews, the rooms seem to have an unnecessary large number of cupboards, but not essentials such as a full body mirror, which would be more useful to guests. - After I complained, the next day I was given another room. This room was cleaner, but not up to the standard of a £90+ room a night. It had a desk but no hangers in the wardrobe area and the cupboards were very dirty (please hire competent cleaners Lusso!). - I will not stay here again, went to bed unhappy, thinking the bedding may nave not been washed (yikes!)

United KingdomUnfortunately the room was not cleaned prior to the previous guests. The toilet was dirty. The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly. The curtains in our room did not close and overlooked the main road. There were gaps in the curtains and which let light in. We had only realised till later on in the evening. Unfortunately there were not staff on to change rooms and had to result in putting up with the dusty , unclean room. Likewise, no one was there in the morning either to handover our nights stay.
The bed was comfy that is the only positive.
