The lift broke after a couple of days. Blocked drains smell throughout the property. I was offered a different room but having spoken to other residents the host told them it was an ongoing problem

The apartment we stayed in wasn't clean, the facilities that were supposed to have been there weren't, we had to ask for cutlery and then found that the grill tray was filthy anyway so we didn't use it

The tea towel that was left was dirty and there was not bottom sheet for the sofa bed.

It’s a good central location, which means there is some noise but the glazing is good. Car park opposite is very helpful and a short walk to the train station is not driving. Good internet, and good value for money.

The standard of hygiene in the rooms was below par. No hot water in the shower was a letdown for all after a long day of performing. The lift being out of use let's the facilities down and would be the main reason I would not return as it caused addition pain in my disability which could have been prevented if the lift was working.

The location is great. The quality within the building was great.

Unfortunately the communications with Lusso were difficult , three requests for information related to a late check in still remain unanswered . The house manager who greeted us was , however , most helpful. While the facilities were good I felt the lack of shampoo & soap as well a no teabags/coffee sachets was disappointing . There was no toilet roll on the holder , we did find a part roll in the drawer under the sink Both people who used the room failed to get the shower water anything better than lukewarm in the morning

Lusso Appts is situated in a good central location right opposite a car park The building was of a high standard with quality fittings and well laid out

I’ve stayed a few times at this location and every time there has been a problem of some sort, the staff have always dealt with it but it’s a shame it keeps happening. I believe a new site Manager is now in place though.

Room was very dusty, wasn’t cleaned before our stay thats for sure. Placed our devices on charge overnight and woke up to them covered in dust, this did affect our chests and made us feel awful the next morning. Guests in opposing rooms playing music to a loud extent when others are trying to sleep.

booked for three adults, one double bed and one pull out sofa bed. sofa bed was very uncomfortable and definitely wouldn’t take two adults. manageable for one night

The apartment was not very clean unfortunately and whilst I understand fully it is a serviced apartment and not a hotel, it was disappointing that hand soap is not provided in the bathroom

Cleaning is very basic, expect to see a fair amount of dust and dirt. Toilet rim was disgusting in both rooms I stayed. The lift is broken and has never worked from what I read on these reviews. There are no fitness facilities - false advertising I'm afraid. Room initially was not as advertised until I complained, missing seating area and sofa bed. Fair bit of road noise on 1 side of the building - next to a very busy road. Rooms are already falling into disrepair - broken toilet seat, cupboard doors, lights. Staff not very welcoming or understanding.

Rooms are modern and spacious. Bed comfortable. Shower worked well.

you could tell that the apartment had been renovated recently, just small thing such as the cleaning wasn’t amazing of builders dirt, the tv wasn’t tuned in, no bin under sink, no tea towel for the kitchen sink, no soap in the bathroom. just small missing details which would have made the experience easier.

perfect for what we needed. thought we were going to have 1 bed and then the sofa but we ended up with 2 rooms! towels in the bathroom.

The person at the reception was not aware of our booking. We booked a superior studio but were put in a standard one - no table and chairs, no second toilet. We were provided with a winter duvet in an already hot apartment. We booked for three people but there was only crockery and cutlery for wo people.
