There is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor. Not really a problem for us, but if you're less mobile, this might not be the place.

Sofa bed in living room was not in a good condition (the host has informed us that it will be replaced soon). Internet connection was not stable. Had problems with frequent disconnections.

Overall we had a very pleasant satay in this well kept apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing Breakfast or dinner. The Book shelf had good collection of Book on Travel and Cooking. A big smart TV with Netflix, and a small TV in Bedroom, Balcony to enjoy morning coffee..made us feel like home. Location is very central, Bus stops just next to apartment complex and nearby Lidl supermarket open till 10pm , KFC, pizzerias and many other shops open till 11pm made our stay very comfortable.

The sofa in the Livingroom has seen better days. Some garbage bags and paper towels/box of tissues in the kitchen would have been great.

Very nice apartment, good location (10 minutes away from the Morden underground station by bus). The bed was comfortable, and there were a lot of interesting books in the bookcase.

Bed settee wasn't the most comfortable, ok for one person

Perfect for us, travelling as a couple with our adult son, apartment was clean, bright and well equipped..providing us with better space than hotel rooms and option to cook...the balcony's were ideal in this hot weather. There was a Lidl very close by and Costa, alongside a KFC...very convenient for bus to Morden underground ...we were visiting Wimbledon so location was ideal...took 1 hour to get into central London from leaving apartment. London transport is amazing and the cost has a daily cap so doesn't work out expensive. We would certainly book again ..Thank you

The sofa was not suitable for sleeping. He was in an absolutely deplorable state! The bathroom drain urgently needs cleaning, it was clogged.

The sofa bed needs replacing as it has a dip, no bedding for the sofa bed. Also, the instructions need more clarity with regards to turning on the hot water. Was told to turn on switches in the boiler room, the room where the switches are doesn’t have a boiler in it but the hot water cylinder, and is full of sheets drying so the switches weren’t visible as the door is opened. These are only minor issues and did not impact on the stay, I would happily stay there again should the situation arise that I needed too

The water pressure in the shower was weak. There was a unpleasant smell in the washroom.

My wife has mobility issues and as it was on the top floor I need to ensure that I take greater care next time when booking something like this. The WiFi was very slow. Although the property had a large screen TV it was impossible to watch even basic terrestrial channels as the screen kept saying ‘no wifi connection’. When we were able to access Amazon Prime , through our own log in, the screen would constantly buffer which added to the frustration. Instructions exactly as to how to operate the TV would have been a bonus.

The location was great for what we wanted it for. Parking would have been an issue had I not struck lucky with a spot right outside the apartment block.

I live in a quiet cul-de-sac so it was hard getting used to the non stop London traffic noise the first night. But soon got used to it. The note about the kitchen light is in the kitchen. Took us a while but we found it eventually and it gave us a laugh.

A beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Good location and close to shops. The Lidl across the road was so convenient. The owner responded promptly to all messages. Sadly, stormy weather meant we didn't get to sit on the balcony. But a perfect stay in a beautiful decorated apartment and a great base for Sw London.

The apartment has a couch which was broken from multiple places. . The bed had multiple hair on it on arrival and also the mattress was flat making it difficult for adults to sleep

Apartment owner helped me to secure a free parking. After our requests we could get a refund for 3 nights out of 4 nights. Owner was supportive to our requests

A whole host of issues: 1. The sofa bed was terrible. We messaged the landlord with this issue, straight away and nothing was done. there was a big gap in it, which meant that there was a ledge in the middle of the bed, where one part was higher than the other. 2. kitchen cupboards were sticky & the hob worked intermittently, so again - no use to anyone. 3. ants everywhere. 4) Luke warm shower. 5) 2x broken dining room chairs. Nothing was done and no refund given.

the location was good for us. however it was advertised with a parking space and this was not the case. There was no allocated parking. There was parking outside, if you could get a space of a mile down the road.

The property was described as a Luxury Apartment. Well it was anything but luxury which was noticed as soon as you walked in. Booked for three nights but never felt comfortable and left after one. Massive and ridiculouus overcharging for such a property

A 3-storey building should have had an elevator. Also, the house was filled up with owners property and no adequate arrangement for cleaning. Other apartments I have stayed had cleaners come in 2ice a week but this was only once during the entire 26days.
