The weather. But Pam cannot control that.

Pam messaged right away when the booking was made. She gave us a list of what was available so we didn't have to pack anything that was unnecessary which saved us hassle with packing. Pam also messaged us a few days before to give us the best route to get to the property. When we got there Pam was lovely, she showed us around and where the water tank was for the hot water if needed. She also mentioned about the pub quiz that was on in the stag on a Thursdays that her partner John runs and offered for us to join. We did go and it was a very good night. The locals just sat and spoke to us and we had a good laugh. Everyone is easy to talk to and the views and area was beautiful. Pam has a folder with a list of placed to visit and local businesses to support. She has books, games and if you have kids there are buckets and spades for them to use on the beach. The house is well presented and very clean and pam is very approachable for anything you require and normally answers quite quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. There is nothing I didn't like.

Bright and modern but cosy and homely ,this was a wonderful find as we trawled through the options in the area. This is a very well appointed home with a 'brand new' feel. There's a small back garden which we didn't use ,but I can imagine breakfast on the terrace would be fab in warmer months. The owners gave us great info prior to us arriving including a useful inventory and directions ,and were available in person if needed.The guest book is also a treasure trove of tips and ideas to get the most out of Ynys Mon ! Parking is right outside in a designated bay which is invaluable in these little villages . It's an easy walk to the centre of the village and the beaches and harbour . Our welcome pack was very welcome ,as were all the thoughtful ,quite unique touches about the stay. All in all ,fantastic value for a top notch spot!

There was absolutely nothing not to like!

Pam was very welcoming and very helpful, her house is beautiful and very modern with 'literally' everything that a family could possibly need for a vacation. Pam had prepared a folder containing lots of useful information including how all of the electrical appliances work, places to visit, places to eat, etc. all of which was very helpful. The location is perfect. My family and I are already trying to plan our next visit, a longer one! Many thanks from Marcus, Angelica, Felicity and Victoria.

When we arrived, we were so impressed how clean and tidy the property was, The owners attention to detail was amazing, both thorough and extremely thoughtful, The host made themselves available all weekend, in case there were any problems with the property, The whole experience was excellent. we even celebrated our birthday weekend with a bottle of Prosecco. which the hosts had left in the fridge for us. The area was lovely and very quiet. there are some beautiful walks as you walk out of the property or if you want to go further a field, the property is pretty central to the rest of the Island. The Lobster Pot is a must!

The weather, it rained to much, but that's something we have no control over.

Excellent place to stay had everything you needed. The village centre had a few shops which was useful and of course a pub serving great beer. Everything was provided you only need bring yourself.

Excellent location ,attractions and places of interest short journeys away. Beautiful house clean well equipped and comfortable. Lots of little extras ie :tea,coffee, milk and biscuits 😋. Booklet with lots of info re using washing machine, dishwasher and heating. Hosts available via phone call or on hand to help with any queries . Highly recommend this Beautiful home from home 🏡 😍.

I really couldnt say a bad word about my stay. It was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

The house was great and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Pam was there to greet us and tell us where everything was and how to operate the heating etc. She went above and beyond expectations to help us during our stay and we are so grateful.

Nothing at all.

This 2 bedroomed house is in an excellent location to walk to Caemes Bay and to visit other places on Anglesey. The house was very clean and we loved the extra touches from the host. Made us feel very welcomed. Nice lounge and full kitchen facilities. Wi fi. A bonus of a downstairs toilet. Very comfortable beds and good linen. Great shower. We did not want for anything. I would definately recommend this. There is parking outside. Great location to explore Anglesey from.

The house was just so lovely and clean. Pam was lovely and friendly too, really welcoming and thoughtful. We wish we had booked to stay for much longer. Cemaes is a little quiet village and a great base to explore the island. Would definitely go back. Literally has all you could need.

A really lovely comfortable home from home, in close proximity to the village. In a quiet location with views out over the fields. We all slept really well and I loved having my morning coffee on the decking out the back. Our boys loved the games, books and little extras provided - thank you. Pam's communication upon booking and leading up to our arrival was great and was also nice to know she was on hand and close by should we have any issues. It was our first visit to Cemaes Bay and we fell in love with the area. Can't wait to return.
