The only thing which we didn't like was the bed, it was very uncomfortable.

The room was lovely and really clean. We met the host and cleaners and they were really nice and accommodating. Would stay again maybe try one of the other rooms.

A year ago - I noticed a review on the London Room saying the mattress needed changing to a new one. So then a year down the line when I was in that room this week, it still hadn’t been done. It was like sleeping on a bag of springs. Not great. And the only other issue was despite there was a heater on the wall that appeared to function - you couldn’t actually turn it on or anything so a bit useless. A portable heater was in the room which was a relief, but not really to use when trying to sleep.

Very clean throughout. Good kitchen and living room with patio sliding doors onto the garden. Great bathroom and shower in London Room.

Lack of inside door handle to room. Living room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Quiet urban area. Large living space. Kitchen facilities were good. Access was easy.

The lock system of the rooms is very effective but a bit noisy. The rooms could have been more spacious.

The rooms are super comfortable, the whole house is beautifully decorated and luminous, and we've spent a nice time having tea in the garden table. The host was attentive and nice.

Knowing that someone had been in the house while we were out and moved our belongings around.

We loved everything about this house and all enjoyed our stay there. We liked the whole house as was very spacious. We were a little concerned when we returned from an evening out someone had been in the house and moved all our belongings around. Ideally we would prefer it is any cleaners or whoever it was waited to clear up until we left the property the next day. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.

No access to front door as code not working had to come and go through unlocked back door however we did have lock on bedroom door

I had little time other than to arrive late back from work, wash, have a good night's sleep, get ready for work and go, so didn't have the chance to take advantage of all that Lovely Homes had to offer.

It was a pleasant room of a decent size with sufficient cupboard hanging space and surfaces for clothes. There was a conveniently situated flat-screen television with seemingly plenty of digital subscriptions on top of the Freeview channels. There were three other rooms sharing the one bathroom and separate loo with basin. There had to be a bit of negotiation in order not to clash. The kitchen was clean, sufficiently stocked with tea, coffee, individual milk cartons, and named cabinet storage cupboards linking to the four room names. It was good to have a jug of water with glasses supplied to the room.

Water pressure in the shower was low. Issues with the heating in some rooms.

Small mould on the wall but I believe it's due to condensation and previous guests not opening the window!

it’s quite far from the centre by foot (over 20 mins walk). Satellite TV didn’t work.

The room had poor noise insulation and I could hear another guest's TV at 2am.

I liked the automatic self-checking in and out system.

Not too much of a problem but for presentation of bed a backboard for the bed so the pillows were the blockade from the walk to bed. Just get a wooden backboard that starts at the level of the mattress. Room heater wasn’t very good. I was cold when for first night.

lovely room, super clean house and the shared bathroom was cleaned! Toilets were clean & bleached daily! Room was nice.
