I loved this airy, bright inviting place. Well thought-through, very well stocked and hugely comfortable. A great stay in winter. Everything was in excellent nick. The top floor room is gorgeous. Comes with a cozy little fireplace (though hardly any firewood). I would love to come back.

The whole place felt a little tired. I gained the impression that although the place was clean enough, nobody takes any time to look the place over and check everything is OK. One shower head had black mould over it, it worked fine but looked disgusting. Several lights didn't work, but there were plenty that did. Working out how to get the heated towel rails working was a complete mystery!

Well appointed with a modern feel. Great private parking. Excellent location, very close to Aldeburgh main street, but far enough away to be quiet.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, I just didn’t like the cleaning fee £150. Didn’t think that was realistic !

Nothing we didn’t like about the property, but we were told that 7 days before our arrival, we would receive details of the address and how to access the property. This still hadn’t arrived by the morning of our journey to the property and I had to send an urgent email to the company which manages the property. The details arrived pretty swiftly after that but without an apology for the worry it had caused. This isn’t good enough.

Everything! it was exceptionally well-equipped, in a fantastic location really close to the high street and the sea. The beds were very comfortable, the little parking space was ideal and the lighting and number of electric points were perfect. Spotlessly clean too.

it could do with a lick of paint all over and the gate needs to be blocked off to give confidence when you have a dog with you. top room really hot. all the pillows were too hard for my liking

The central heating , underfloor was on all night... we turned the thermostats down but the noise in the large front bedroom was pretty disturbing during the night. We then realised the heating was on constant. Ear plugs were a little comfort but perhaps for those who need rest explanation of how to turn the heating off ... it was also very warm ... would be good. If you were sleeping in the upper double room, curtains or black out blinds are needed.

The house was a late booking due to getting respite for our very elderly mother. We had three nights of rest. The house was lovely and we felt very comfortable there. Very well equipt and comfortable

Slight difficulty with key safe but rang company and given instructions , possibly due to my wearing hearing aids I didn’t hear the click when I put in numbers . Also original time for arrival was 5pm I rang to ask if we could arrive earlier yes if the cleaner had finished. And we did indeed get in earlier but felt As only one property to clean and we had to remove bedlinen etc this was bit late. There was only one tea towel , we would have washed up by hand as went out to eat but we used the dish washer. We didn’t go into the summer house as it was very Damp I mention these things not to be overly critical but to be helpful to the owner

It was let down by bad management Property had not been cleaned properly in months stains on carpets shower had not been cleaned at all old dog treats left in bedroom from previous people not been thrown away dirty hand and finger marks on walls
