Great location Apartments big enough and so English Just loved it

Not a lot to fault really, found the keys fiddly but we worked it out, maybe few more loo rolls and coffee would've been nice and maybe a laminate map or some info of the immediate local area with what's where, just so you know what's literally on doorstep without having to venture too far.

Lovely Fernanda, so helpful with my questions about our stay, information about how to get to/from apartment, contact on morning and to call her when close, met us at the apartment and showed us around - was really nice and on call if necessary. The apartment was a lovely space, nice and quiet area, liked the balcony to sit out on and good facilities and plenty of tea, sugar and some milk for that much needed cuppa after travelling. There's a Sainsburys near by and very close to London bridge so good location, about 20mins walk to london bridge underground station. Didn't have time to explore Bermondsey area but i would like to come back and have a stroll around. We spotted the circle from the shard, it was a welcome sight to spot the blue tiling and oscar the horse, when we were finding our way!

I have no complaints.

The location of this apartment was excellent, minutes away from tower bridge and all the areas bars and restaurants but amazingly quiet with no street noise or traffic. The host (who was lovely) was waiting for me on arrival and checking in was simple. I will definitely use this place on my next trip to London.

Location was amazing and the apartment was quite spacious. Fernanda facilitated an early check-in for us so our toddler could nap. Will absolutely book again.

The smell in the kitchen ...

No instructions for the oven. The tumble dryer didn't appear to work. No kitchen towel, dish cloth or tea towel. The bathroom door jammed against a raised wooden dividing strip that was a trip hazard. A lack of shops in the immediate neighbourhood. No oven gloves. The bath could have done with a grab handle. There was liquid to clean with, but nothing to apply it with. Lamp holders in the kitchen were missing bulbs and likewise the bathroom which would have been of benefit as neither room had a natural source of light. Minor things that can cause irritation but nothing serious or major.

It was as expected. Enjoyable. The location was chosen to meet our needs, though it could have been closer to the river and the bridge the apartments were named after. The staff were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Pleasant. Quiet. The gardens were an additional attraction.

Fernanda is really great. Very good communication before and during the stay. Very helpful. The apartment (#110) was very clean and very well equipped. We were a party of three and it was perfect for our needs.

Hair dryer can be better and matraces.

Location is amazing- you in the center and in quiet street simultaneously. Rooms are separate, so we two adults- mom and son felt comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped, but were no time fir cooking):

The owner was so accommodating. Realising we had travelled from Australia and our flight arrived very early in the morning, she allowed us to drop off our luggage and check in early. The apartment was so well equipped and lovely. Thank you.

We faced problem with the bathroom during our stay so it was really hard to contact with responsible person and get it fixed. So communication could be better

Very good location close to Tower Bridge but surprisingly quiet area. Loads Of space in a comfortable apartment and very reasonably priced (for central London).

Being picky, I found the pillows a bit too full/hard, but that really wasn’t a big deal.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was very quiet and there was no noise from outside with it being away from main roads.. Its location was great for seeing various Landmarks eg Tower Bridge, Tower of London. Underground station was close by too so a trip in to the city was done. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Could be clearer on the description which apartment and what the bed configuration is. 110 has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed. Would be good to offer a welcome pack - bread and milk perhaps.

Great apartment, well equipped, easy to get access to. Has all cooking equipment, dishwasher & microwave. Tea and sugar provided, great to have ice too. Very safe area and apartment block with security. Close to the river and tower bridge. 10 minutes from London Bridge station, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is not far from Tower Bridge and is in a nice quiet location. Apartment had everything we needed. Great to have a washing machine. The host was very nice and helpful and met us with the keys. Would recommend anyone looking for a quiet apartment in London.
