The cleaning staff is really good, but the people staying there do not keep the place clean.

The staff is good. The place was affordable and not so far from my university. Therefore easy to travel.

I'm a woman and I selected a mixed room, but they accommodated me in a male room. Only on the last day did they ask me if I wanted to change. There is no curtain on the bed, no cage for a large suitcase and no power sockets on all layers. There are also no lights in the beds. Cleaning left a lot to be desired!

The bathrooms were large for hostel standards and the showers were excellent. Living area also spacious.

The bedroom was horrible, and the beds need some maintenance. A little WD40 and tightening of the screws would do the trick. The long-term need to remember where they live. Some act like they own the place.

The living room area was big, with lots of space to chill out.

First of all, there were no breakfasts. Second, the room floors were always dirty, electric sockets weren't available for some beds, and the beds had uncomfortable pillows and stained and discolored duvets. There were unsafe lockers, and I was told to buy my own padlock to secure my locker. Upon my immediate entry into the property, I wanted to leave. The place hosts people who have made there their permanent homes and hence see short-term visitors as aliens. It is full of odors, and the toilets are dirty and uncomfortable. It's even more difficult to turn around in the bathrooms. Nothing there is impressive apart from the shock and surprise. Their WiFi didn't work for about half of my stay there, and they have the dirtiest kitchen and kitchen sinks. Don't be deceived by the pictures you see. Those are just hoaxes. And finally, there was this guy in my room who snored like the sound of a horse. This isn't the normal snore you have ever seen. I'm never coming back. At the beginning, the organization was very bad and the staff never gave me the code for the lockbox where our keys were supposed to be and never gave instructions of how to get to the second house

It was pretty dirty because of the people who stayed there. The rubbish was piling up and no one cleaned their dishes in the sink. One lady did her laundry in the shower for over an hour?! It smelled terrible.

The person who cleaned the place was nice.

My sheets had stains on them, maybe blood or red wine. The shower temperature could not be controlled, it would change from hot to cold without touching anything. Also, the people in the room were not traveling, but rather working. They were much much older than me and sometimes I was intimidated.

Location was decent, only 30-40 minutes from the main attractions in London. It was in a nice residential area, and I felt safe.

Kitchen was a nightmare. It was so dirty and so disgusting I couldn't imagine preparing tea and not even thinking about cooking something. We were not able to go there without thinking about vomiting. Bathrooms has slightly better standard, but still it wasn't perfect however we could live with it. Kitchen was unacceptable.

The room was not so big, but in general it was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi was working okay. Localization was great, Underground is not so far from the Hostel and it is connected with all important places in London. If you think just about a sleeping place and you know you will eat somewhere in the city and spend most of the time outside it is okay I guess.

There were some tenants who were intimidating, especially for female guests and those Tenants were long time tenants, therefore they Behave like if the hostel is their own property.

It was clean, but the rooms had a lot of beds in which I am not quite sure whether it complies with the UK Law. However, the care taker and the cleaning staff were great.

the fridge and chest of drawers was right next to bed, terribly cramped, noisy at night, freezing showers, no toilet paper in one bathroom one morning, saggy mattress, after three nights I was exhausted from lack of sleep
