You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy room was above the entrance so I could hear the automatic doors going off all the time. Although I didn’t bring it up to the staff. If I had decided to bring it up they might have moved me into a different room but I don’t know.
Good location - easy to get to the airport and back by the local bus. Only took 20 minutes and £2 either way. Staff were really helpful with the buses and friendly.

United KingdomThe constant noise all night from either guests in room above, the lack of blackout from the curtains, the light shining in from the lorry park at the services, the noise from the lorry park (engines running for hours on end). Maybe the rooms the other side of the hotel would be quieter, but ours was non stop noise and commotion all night. On reflection, would have been better to stay home and sleep, albeit having to get up at 3am and drive to the airport, but at least we may have felt fresher! Bathroom/shower and room in general needs a good revamp and modernising. Dirty grout in bathroom/shower.
