Fantastic location in a great area. Close to tube station, shops and food stores. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could want. Staff were at the other end of the phone and very helpful.

The Caretaker called me on our way to the apartment to make sure that we would meet up at a convenient time. He met me at the property and was polite and friendly. He showed us where everything was, and left us some coffee for the morning which was lovely.

Location on busy street and over a cafe made for loud noises. Especially at night and morning. Bins for garbage day pickup etc.

Excellent layout. Perfect location to shops; groceries and public transport. Clean. Ample size kitchen with microwave oven and toaster. Coffee machine with just enough pods too.

Magnificent. First time in Chelsea. Great neighborhood, excellent apartment for a family of four. Very clean and quiet; heating, kitchen and bathrooms working great. Located in a lively (but not crowded) area just over Kings Road which is a lovely street with nice stores, coffee shops, etc. Meters away from a bus stop, which take 25/30 minutes to Regent street. Great place. I would definitely love to rent again! Hopefully soon!!

When having a shower the toilet pressure was affected and didn’t flush until all the water was off from showering. A large full length mirror in the second bedroom would be useful, only 1 mirror in first bedroom.

Fantastic location, very well serviced apartment, basics for making a drink were also available in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is situated close to all amenities. Shops, cafes and marks and Spencer across the road. 2 en-suite bedrooms and also a separate toilet. Great apartment for short or long break.

A really comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location close to Sloane Square. A great choice of restaurants, cafes and coffee outlets in the area, and a supermarket (M&S) nearby. The keys were handed to us at the apartment following a guided tour of the apartment by an informative and cheerful representative.

One of the bedrooms is roadside so I could hear a lot of noise during the night, we come from a quiet suburb so could just be us that aren’t used to it…

Sometimes the flat got too hot and even when we turned off the heating the radiators sometimes were still on. Easily fixable by opening the windows but just to note

lack of shelving in Bathrooms and a long mirror in second bedroom. bags of linen at the bottom of the stairs made it a bit tricky to navigate the stairs and the small vestibule

A shelf in the second bathroom for toiletries would be very helpful. Also, bathroom mirrors not low enough for shorter people; maybe turn them vertically?

Location was great. Close to everything you could need. 2 1/2 baths a nice plus. Great to have breakfast looking out onto the bustling Kings Road. I’d return here.

Only the strict minimum in terms of kitchen crockery/table wear (5 glasses, 5 forks, etc) which isn't ideal.

The location is amazing, the appartment very convenient (just note it's level 2 without lift), spacious, perfectly clean and ideal for the 5 of us (family with 3 kids); It's on King's road so can be noisy and you hear the traffic, but it didn't affect us much. The host left dishwasher tabs, salt/peeper/sugar which was very convenient.

Getting luggage up 2 flights of stairs was a bit tricky, but not a big deal.

There was some loud music coming until late at night the first night, but luckily it was only a once-off disturbance. Otherwise the apartment was surprisingly calm and quiet for such a big city!

I would change the couch from the living room with an extandable sofa, so it can fit 2 people. I think it would be better then a mattress on the floor. 🙂

Excellent location, very clean apartment, very good communication with the host. I would definitely come back here if I would visit London again. 2 bedrooms and an extra mattress can fit 5 people. 3 bathrooms!
