We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPhone reception and WiFi was poor and struggled to make phone calls or acces the internet. The is a constant noice at the back of the building which is quiet loud and due to the rooms being very warm and no air conditioning I had to keep the windows open and I found the noice quiet disturbing, especially during the night.
The location is 5 star The staff were very welcoming and kind. The room and facilities in the room were very modern and nice . The restaurant and food was good . The decor and vibe of the place was very nice . Easy access to parking

United Kingdom6 of our party of 12 were in twin rooms. They were clean but in real need of a makeover. Dinner at the brasserie was very disappointing. We had preordered but it was an hour and a half before we got our mains.
We were a party of 12 in 3 double’s and 3 twins The three double rooms we had were newly renovated and lovely. The communal parts were all very nicely presented. Loved Mizu.

Hotel was in a beautiful location, the lounges, bars, restaurants and all public spaces were superb. Spa was beautiful and relaxing, we had a wonderful time. Mizu restaurant was out of this world, one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Breakfast was great. The only negative was that our room was underwhelming for the price we paid. It was very small and felt dated. Bearing in mind that you pay extra for the spa and can visit that and the restaurants without staying in the hotel, we did not feel that the hotel itself was great value. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomMuddle with restaurant booking spoiled our stay. In March we booked a window table in Lake View Restaurant for the evening of 9 July. Double checked the window table was booked two days beforehand. On entering the restaurant we were taken to a table near the door and a long way from the window and told they were very busy. We had to insist several times before being given a window table (which was empty). This spoiled a planned-for celebration with our guests.
