United KingdomWe stayed there the night before 13 th February as we were given a voucher for Xmas so the next day 4 times cleaners came into our room and said they are still there it was so embarrassing as it looked as if we had decided not to leave . Felt as if we just decided to stay of course we could hear the cleaners saying oh they are still there after the 4 th time I said let’s go down downstairs and see reception as this is so embarrassing. Went to reception and they said cause it was done in 2 separate transactions voucher the night before then the booking for the next day which that shouldn’t be the case as they have it on the computer. Also told reception that our toilet kept dripping all night which was so annoying , was told they would tell maintenance about it , when we came up later on it still was dripping nothing had been done so that was off putting as you don’t want to go away for two night and listen to water dripping. Went for a spa and water experience sauna not working said to the staff member still wasn’t working before we left a little bit annoyed there as there are not many facilities there so that was a let down for me .

United KingdomTetley tea bags in the room!!!! Terrible teabags for such a luxury hotel! The room and hotel was way too hot and there was no way to put some cool air on through air con or anything! We struggled to have hot showers because we were so clammy with the heat of the room and hotel in general!
The staff in the bar and restaurant were really friendly, professional and accommodating. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. The spa was lovely and the rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard.

United KingdomStayed in the Lowes Suite, this room is directly above the function rooms where weddings are held. Music and booming continued bouncing of every inch of the room till around 2AM was not informed of function or possibility of noise.
Food and cocktails were great, the staff really helpful. Room was OK. not worth what we paid.
