It's very hard to find a fault as we had such a good experience although the dining room chairs made a noise when moved across the floor. Adding pads to the chairs legs would be recommend.

The service and experience during our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out the staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. The room was very clean and well decorated. Our evening meal, drinks and breakfast were delicious and the staff took into account our dietary requirements without any issues. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Loch Ness and a one minute drive from Urquhart castle. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, lovely room, very clean - great shower. The breakfast was excellent 👌 No issues parking and it's free of charge. There's a coop and the village just down the road as well, where you can get anything you might need. The village is so pretty.

This hotel has a fantastic location, quite near Loch Ness most interesting places. The room was fantastic, with the key requirements to our family. Dinner and Breakfast was excelent, with a lovely attendance of all personal. Management team with a high level of commitment for customer satisfaction. 5 starts to all the team of Loch Ness Inn

The Inn needs to decide if the restaurant is just the restaurant and the bar is just a bar. The reason being, the bar is very small and one night it was really busy and I went through to the restaurant side to ask for a drink and was advised to return to the bar and order. I noted there were people eating at the tables in the bar, therefore the public were forced to stand at the small bar which I could not reach to order a drink. In the end, i stood in the opening of the bar where staff walked through and had to order from there. In my opinion, the bar is too small for food and if people want to eat they should be directed to the restaurant. The young staff are very polite, but require training in confidence and approaching staff to ask if they would like another drink at the table, they are missing sales.

We enjoyed the room, very comfortable and refurbished. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was very good, although I felt it was a little over-priced.

Family room on the small side but 2 TVs made Ouse our stay very comfortable.

Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff! Location just outside Drumnadrochit. Wonderful restaurant!
