We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely location for the loch and for walking in the area. Just away from the shops but not too far. Plenty of places to eat locally. The room was lovely really nice big comfy bed.

United KingdomExcessive noise from drunk individuals noisily mucking about in corridors and banging on doors in our area of the hotel. Eventually got to sleep around 3.15am. I appreciate this wasn’t under the direct control of the management but with cctv one wonders why the issue persisted. This was a Saturday night.

The room was exceptionally clean however it was a very hot room with no air conditioning. The owners did have a fan which we used overnight. This is a great hotel nevertheless Food in the restaurant was great and the staff were very friendly & helpful x

United StatesPaper thin walls so any noise in the hallway or from the neighbors would be heard. In addition, the rooms run super hot with no way to cool it down. It was 13 degrees C outside and the rooms were 26+ degrees C. No complimentary water either.
Good location, clean rooms. Food in the downstairs pub was good but a bit overpriced. Friendly staff and streamlined check in check out process.

United KingdomOur Room was far too hot. There were 2 fans in the room already so staff probably know this. Window didnt open much. We would have liked even a small set of drawers to put belongings in but there were none. Only a few coat hangers in an open wardrobe. Beds were very comfortable and has a great shower.
Location was brilliant, Choice of eating places near the Hotel. Lomond Shores 10 minute drive.. Near to train Station also.. Staff at Hotel were very lovely.

GermanyTemperature was very high in the whole building. There was no way to open the window fully. The building seemed new or renovated but was poorly soundproof, so that you could hear the people above walking around. Was not easy to sleep with the noise.
Room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the bathtub. Big cosy bed. Located near train station and close to restaurants and supermarket.
