We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Didnt have breakfast, but the evening meal was very good and a great variety. Staff went above and beyond to help. The TV was not working in my room when I arrived, so I was changed to a different room for the night and a new TV was put into my room for the next night. I thought was very nice of them to do such a thing for a guest.

United KingdomIt was a bit dull and dingey and in need of some tlc. The floors were sloping upstairs ( but that's to be expected with the age of the building.) The bathroom window overlooked the front parking area, and they weren't very private.
The beds were comfy and the WiFi was good. The staff gave us some fresh milk for our tea, which was great. The breakfast was good. It was a nice, quiet location.

United KingdomIt's in a strange location right next to a large Tesco's although that didn't really cause a problem. But the photo makes it look like it's out in the country. The whole place could do with updating and the general decor and feel was a bit shabby. Although the shower was OK and had got hot water there was no hot water in the tap from the sink. The room sloped noticeably. This has to be expected in an old building but it was weird.
It was a decent location for where I was going in the morning. Nice big car park. The bar staff who checked me in were very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet and I had a good night sleep

United KingdomUnfortunately due to an early start 7.30 I was unable to have breakfast on the Sunday day one and on day two I almost missed breakfast because I wasn't told where it was - in the restaurant which I did not know about. The lady cooking breakfast came out to find me as I was waiting in the bar - better info when checking in would have helped
Great location, the room was clean and tidy, had good tea/coffee making facilities. Meals at the bar and breakfast were substantial and well prepared - great pub stay.

Food was lovely, nice setting, room was comfortable. My partner loved the 2 resident cats which were very friendly.
