You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely and clean. Everything there that we needed. Great location to tourist spots, shops and bars and pubs. Comfortable bed ! Loved the bath and shower. Nice big tvs in room and bedroom. Free parking. Host friendly and easy to contact. Apartment just like in the photos. Will be back the next time we are in Liverpool. Thanks for a great stay !

United KingdomKitchen was small but we only made hot drinks anyway. Not the cleanest accommodation but we managed for 2 nights. Would of benefited from a couple of mattress toppers for the double bed and sofa bed. The laminate flooring had come up in places but we managed ok. It was very hot so had to turn off the heating as it was a hot few days. The shower never got hot but the bath did. So we used the bath instead. Overall really nice stay.
Location was excellent, The gated parking was a bonus. Fab TV in lounge. Good sized sofa/bed. Room was warm. Big bath and plenty of hot water. Bedroom roomy and modern with a big TV. Security was very good with a fob to gain entry and remote control for electric gated carpark. Plenty of towels. The host was lovely and happy to answer any questions.

United KingdomA little bit noisy in the evening from other residents coming home late, but was the student area of town. Door codes were a bit confusing at first (until host explained). Back door access wasn't the nicest area. No tea towels but used a hand towel. Bathroom floor wasn't 100% clean, esp skirtings and behind loo.

The apartment was lovely. It is very clean and extremely well presented. The location is very good too. The instructions to collect keys and gain entrance to the property were helpful and clear.

A well equipped one bedroom flat, just behind the Philharmonic Hall so within easy walking distance of the city centre and both cathedrals. There is secure, free, gated parking at the rear, with a rear entrance for unpacking the car. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.
