Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI used the gym between 8-9pm and would have used more of the available equipment, but a member of staff started cleaning at 8.35ish and despite knowing the gym wouldn’t shut till 10pm i felt staying would be inconvenient to the staff. If they had waited till at least 9pm, the last admission time, I would have felt more welcome to carry on my workout. It’s like getting the hoover out at a party, encouraging any long lingering guests to leave.
Great location, and facilities. Loved the room service option as a solo traveller.

United KingdomBathroom a bit poky, but that's hardly a serious criticism! At least it had a bath as well as shower.
If you want a hotel with onsite car parking convenient for central Liverpool, this is it. Clean, well run, good restaurant, excellent breakfast. The staff training is working well here - everyone was helpful, efficient and smiley, which made our short stay a real joy.

Awful not tv be recognised as a returning customer all because IHG want to control as a corporate company. Takes away the service the ground staff are trying to deliver!

Smooth check in and on site parking was great. Hotel spacious and clean. Room was lovely, did not hear any noise from other guests in corridors which was great.

The hotel is located in the centre of Liverpool close to all the key attractions which are within walking distance. The rooms are excellent and they also serve a excellent breakfast. Parking is conventienly located on site. Staff were friendly and helpful
