Only one set of the two keys worked for entry to the car park and when the issue arose, we weren't able to contact the hosts as the number was an Australian number. Thankfully someone from offices above was able to let us through. Collecting keys was a hassle, especially for people who don't know the area.

The location was fantastic, great access to the centre of Liverpool. Parking was ideal. Easy enough to return keys at end of trip.

The sofas are dated and uncomfortable, we booked accommodation for 5 adults but there was only seating for 4. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and the toilet seat broken and the provision of a tea towel would have been appreciated

Incredible location being a maximum of a 10minute walk to all major attractions. the living space was big enough to fit 11 of us in. The view from the balcony was exceptional with the cathedral right by the balcony.

Sofa beds. Circumstances dictated that I had to sleep on one. Not very comfortable and very low for a person of 70+ .

There were six of us so the facilities were adequate. A mix up in picking up the keys caused a delay in pickin* them up.

The showers were not great and water was dripping out at points, making it hard to wash your hair. The policies are a bit excessive, i.e. taking all your own rubbish out otherwise you get fined £50. Seems a bit unfair.

Not really a negative, but wish we had someone to meet and greet us. Obviously due to the current climate, face to face contact is not viable in all cases. Maybe a better idea to use parking outside rather than in the property. Very tight squeeze in and out. But that is privately owned.

The location was great. Next to the Docks and the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and pubs in the area. And a huge tesco as well as smaller supermarkets. Sadly many of the restaurants in China Town were closed. We were a group (family and friends) of 18 and rented 3 apartments. The management kindly upgraded one apartments to the penthouse for space which was very thoughtful. Apartments were a good size. And beds were comfy. We got a good deal for the price. Ideal for big groups, stag and hens and families.

Walls very thin so could be loud if people where ignoring quiet time. Also a weed smell downstairs put expect that most places these days overall wasn’t to bad.

Very clean except for someone left the vacuum full. Nice area was located and rooms where decent size also when emailing staff always had fast response.

The appartment hadn't been cleaned properly before our stay. The windows balcony doors and TV were covered in dirty/sticky hand prints, cigarettes all over the balcony floor and dirty dishes in the dish washer. We later found a peice of toast in one of the sofa beds.

The only downside was finding the apartment, instructions were a little confusing. Would recommend the owner uses what 3 words to help.

I am not sure you are listening to your reviews Two that are common feature are internet and water pressure Free internet on your site which is untrue Water pressure is terrible both cold and hot, have you installed a pressurised pump system? Shower is a trickle at times Fridge/ freezer broke down and you did replace in time at 7.30am Balcony needs some work, door nearly impossible to open and area needs to be power-hosed and refreshed. Simple things like soap in the bathrooms would be customer friendly

Dirty .broken furniture uncomfortable beds not at all like it was advertised. Dirty bathrooms. Fridge was frozen up.very disappointed. We have booked a few times with you and and the appartments we have stayed in have been amazing. However this time was awfull I wonder if booking . Com ever checks out these properties. This property really needs checking
