We loved our stay here. The communication was great with the owner right from the start. She offered tips for places to eat and was super friendly. Our room was perfect. Spacious and clean with the most comfortable huge bed. The view was spectacular. We were walking distance to everything in town. There is parking available at the property too for smaller cars. Welcomed at the door by Janine, and shown to our front room - beautifully appointed, with huge comfortable bed and armchairs; overlooking the harbour. Excellent friendly hosts, able to share local info and recommendations. As so often mentioned, our breakfast was very tasty, and served hot! Good selection of cereals, fruit juices and fresh fruit- all served in a light airy dining room, or in the conservatory (warm and sunny when we visited) An easy 20 minute walk either around the quayside, or to the beach

Clean & comfortable. Lovely hosts who were willing to help you. The breakfast was very good., With a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts and a great full English. Even with a busy road outside the noise didn’t filter into the room. Beautiful views of Looe and the Harbour from the room.

This little guest house in our opinion was just perfect 👌 it is situated in front of looe harbour, our hosts were amazing, nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was lovely well cooked and well presented, Amenities were literally a 2 minute walk will definitely be going back

The ONLY thing we would politely address is maybe fix a curtain net for that bit more privacy, but it's not a major issue.

Nothing the quality and finish was superb.

Little Mainstone was situated in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from Looe. The views of the harbour are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and the choice and quality of the breakfast was exceptional. Little Mainstone was spotlessly clean and the small garden was just beautiful to relax in .

As soon as we pulled up outside we were blown away .The view was stunning .Then we met our hosts they were the most wonderful people you wish to meet. The Mainstone was well above expectations , the rooms were well above our expectations the breakfast were fantastic . really clean and bed was extremely comfy! Room was really hot but a small fan was provided already within the room so wasn’t much of a problem. Breakfast in the morning was so lovely with the little window seat and view of the boats and river.

I wish, we could stay more days..

Firstly, the accommodation is near the train station and there is private parking on site. Our room was the best of all in the guest house. It was wonderful, full of natural light, very very clean and with great view. About the breakfast, there was a special option for vegetarians. I was pleased with that! Janine, was very sweet and kind, she made us feel at home. She was an incredible hostess!! We will come back soon for sure!!!

We were lucky enough to stay in this lovely guest house. Lovely large room with an en suite shower. Ours had a big bay window over looking the harbour with stunning views. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Thank you to the lovely hosts for a perfect stay. The location is perfect and has free parking, a car space for each room. Only a few minutes walk to the town. Would definitely book again.

The overall property was superb!

The property was perfectly located on the estuary and our room looked out across the estuary! Our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, was beautifully decorated and furnished and the most amazingly comfortable bed!
