Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Well, Little Haven, it really was. We absolutely loved our stay there. We felt at home from the very first second we walked in. Dylan, the host, was very supportive and very professional. The cottage was exceptionally clean, well equipped, 5 minutes walk from the seafront, on main street but very quiet at night. If I could, I would go back there today. Thanks

If we were to be super picky, we could possibly have made use of a DVD player in the property, to go with all the DVD's in the games and books cupboard, but we had such fun getting out and about exploring, that in all likelihood we'd have not had time to watch them anyway!
Beautiful little home from home, perfectly situated, and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Lovely modern shower room, comfy beds and bedding! Very helpful and non intrusive owner, who was on call throughout our stay if we needed anything. Thank you!

Great little holiday let - very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Right next to a bakery, butchers, Co-op and several restaurants. Really appreciated little things like tea, coffee, sugar and dishwasher tablets being provided! Lovely base for exploring the area for a family of four.

There is a warm, comfortable home for staying! It has a private lot for parking. We felt so safe! Location is so convenient, supermarket and Harbour, just walk for few minutes. There are so many pubs and restaurants. We will choose Little Haven again if we visited again.

Very Comfortable accommodation perfectly located a short walk into Seahouses with access to pubs,restaurants and harbour boats. Little Haven contains all you would need for a short break. Dylan the owner left comprehensive information on how everything works including suggestions about local eateries. His recommendations were excellent , all our meals in Seahouses were very enjoyable.
