Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

From the moment I arrived Juliet made us feel so welcome. Felt like a home from home and has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed for longer 😪 The bungalow is larger than first thought with 2 singles and 1 double room.. perfect little outside area... Juliet even supplied tea coffee sugar and coffee for the cafeteria. Had small milk in the fridge which is perfect after a long drive. The cooking facilities are Brill and even has a ninja airfryer. Juliet was a lovely host made sure we were OK, thanks so much for our beautiful stay... was gorgeous and will be back massive 10 stars

United KingdomNothing really, the only slight problem was no handle in the shower so my mother-in-law didn't feel confident to use it but that's the only thing. Everything else was perfect.
Comfortable ,welcoming unique house, all rooms on ground level perfect for my 90 year old mother-in-law to move around comfortably and safely. Juliet was an amazing host so friendly and welcoming . Perfect base for visiting our family over Easter. Cannot wait to stay again.

The host was exceptionally pleasant, she also left some nice touches like rolls, butter and milk for us. She gave some suggestions for local pubs and activities nearby.

United Kingdomlike? We got home late, we are trying to find the house in the dark, we can only say positive things to a host waiting for us on the way Juliet is just a great host.
Juliet is a wonderful host, we were very happy to stay in her perfectly designed home. He made us feel at home in this wonderful place where we stayed 3 children and 2 adults. Especially the cakes and biscuits left in the kitchen were very nice. You should definitely choose this house to see Juliet and her magnificent energy.

United KingdomWe arrived very exhausted early in the morning after a long day traveling. We opened the door and were overwhelmed by the charm of the property and the treats that the owner had left for us. The cottage was in an annex behind the house so it was a very tranquil spot, being quite a way from the main road. The little village near by, just a short 5 minute walk away, offered a very useful and well stocked small supermarket with post office within. There was a handy cash point and a pub offering real ale and food. During our stay the weather was very cold and inclement but the cottage was toasty warm and cosy. Throughout our stay, Juliet our equally charming hostess, could not have done more for us.
