We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bolster on bed had a large dodgy stain on it. Room not as advertised (pictures in booking.com) - very narrow with small window.

United KingdomOnly negatives are, rooms are not very sound proof as we could hear the guest next door sneezing and what he was watching on TV. Parking is charged at £15 per night, personally I think that this is too much.
We had a fantastic stay at the Lincombe Hall hotel! The receptionist was incredibly helpful when we arrived, providing us with all the information we needed about the hotel and even giving us a tour. Parking was a breeze. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the heated outdoor pool was a delightful bonus with plenty of sun loungers in the garden area. The bar service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely hotel to relax in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, and bars. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel was only a short distance from the sea front, we could walk down in about 15 minutes. The spa was amazing, the pools, sauna and steam rooms were well maintained and clean.

United KingdomThe breakfast was luke warm and the poached eggs were hard. I only booked for the first day and didn't go back as it was poor and wasn't good value for money. The dinner menu was very limited for such a large hotel and the steak was disappointing especially at £ 31.00!
Spa facilities were very good and the opening times were flexible. The outdoor pool was also very warm and accessible.

The spa area was fantastic with a wide choice of facilities and clean presentation. The hotel front desk staff were extremely helpful towards us when we wanted a room upgrade. The new refurbished room was amazing with a giant bath and a really comfy bed for a good night sleep. The spa facilities were available early next morning and really set the mood right!
