Can not think of any, except of course I would have preferred to pay less but who doesn't ?

Enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, cleanliness, nice tidy rooms and friendly staff- Victor and Sherol were especially nice. Location is a bit off, but the bus stop just out of the gate makes visits to the city center a breeze. The bar was also lively, great for evenings when we were too tired to go to the city. I had forgotten my laptop charger in the room, and on checking back a few days after, was happy to know they had not thrown it away and kept it for me ! I was attending a conference there, so the big lobby was very useful for socializing with others from the conference.

There is no rack for towels or for drying in the bathroom, it could be a good addition as the hotel has a swimming pool (no place to leave your swimsuit to dry)

I liked everything, the staff were friendly, the food was good, the room was quiet. In the room I had a personal air conditioning where I could choose necessary temperature. The bus #6 going to the city center is just around the corner

It’s in a country side. And very quiet. Bus next to hotel. AC. But it didn’t work very well in the room 304. We were lucky the fresh aire was coming from outside.

We were a party of 3 sharing a room and despite asking 4 times over 2 days facilities in the room were only for 2 and not 3.

Very small toilet. The night shift staff did not know about some of the operations or activities in hotel. For example he gave us the wrong information about the parking. We were unable to get out of the parking ended up going back to reception to pay and get the pass. The water was not replaced on our second of stay. When we asked the receptionist for water he asked us to pay!

We pre-ordered a bucket of 5 beers for £20 to the room which we were told might be in the bar if they weren’t in the room when we checked in. We were charged £18 for 3 beers in the bar and then the receptionist asked us to pay for the bucket of beers when we left but we hadn’t had them.

There were no extra blankets in the room, in case you needed them at night. In the hotels I have been to, there has always been.

We booked an Executive King Room (£350+ for 2 nights) but it didn't have an 'Executive' feel. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower head was fixed which meant limited adjustability in water flow direction. The bath was tiny. The view from the room window looked out over an untidy grass area. The view of the surrounding rooms on 2 levels gave it a feel of a 1960's/1970's holiday camp which was a shame.

A great location for exploring Oxford. Ample parking. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean, welcoming and comfortable foyer. Clean rooms and corridors. A nice touch with the 'Guest of the Day' gratuities.

View from our window was an exotic backdrop of a building site , which isn't the hotels fault as such . But them telling us as we booked in would have been nice

The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad.

This hotel was great, extremely clean, good sized room, super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was too cold when we arrived, because the air conditioning was on too low, even though it was a cold day. This was quite unpleasant for my wife who does not like the cold. I also was expecting a bath in the bathroom, as advertised, however there was only a shower. So if you want a bath then I would recommend asking specifically for a room with a bath, even if it is advertised with one at the point of reservation.

The room and communal areas were clean and well kept. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. As we were sat in the restaurant on the morning of our departure, my son told me that it was "the best breakfast in Oxford".

The shower was a bit tricky as it doesn't come off the wall and the toilet seat was a bit wobbly.

Parking is paid. It should have been free for hotel guests. €6 for each day.

The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Has everything that you need. They give welcome drinks and cookies at the reception area which I felt is fantastic hospitality. Great and helpful staff.

We couldn't access the restaurant as the lift wasn't available but we had breakfast in our room which was helpful and we just went out to the local trout inn for food which was brilliant compensation. !

Welcome was great, Wendy was in a wheelchair and the staff were all very helpful and went above and beyond what we would have expected Room was very spacious and comfortable with great wheelchair access all round and the bathroom was great too. No issues at all

Steps up to the restaurant only, difficult for those with limited mobility. Reception staff confused over the final bill, tried to charge us twice for breakfast and parking.

Breakfast was rushed and buffet removed before we had finished breakfast, when requested if we could have food we were refused. Unhelpful staff.
