Flat lager and very little choice on draught beverages

The breakfast choices were absolutely fantastic, and what we did have was excellent could not fault it in any way, when we got back from the event we sat in the bar, my other half had a mocha which she said was lovely and i had a pint of lager which was flat and very little choice of lager but everything else was great and the staff were so polite and helpful 👍👍👍

Firstly we were greated on arrival with refreshments very quick check in when we got to our room they had kindly left me a birthday card and 2 lovley cupcakes which I thought was very thoughtful. room was great everything you need and very clean great location and value for money will definitely be going back

The lifts are a nightmare, taking ages to arrive and then seem to stop at every floor Could do with two separate sets,ones that go up only and ones that go down only

I can't think of anything. All was good. Slightly expensive, but you understand what you are paying for.

Amazing service. So friendly and polite, we felt welcome. Trey also doesn't judge by the look, we are two backpackers, not fancy at all and we were treated like the most important guests. The room was large, comfy and very clean. All was perfect.

Very central location - all venues and restaurants within a few minutes walk, mainly along canals! Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice, all tastes catered for. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel does need more parking space but the hotel relations staff found us a space. The lift is a bit slow but with 16 floors it was expected!

The room service took over 2.5 hours which was a challenge. I think perhaps this is just because of how big the hotel is however, I think this would be easily improved and did not deter us from the stay.

I thought the room was amazing. We thought it was well put together and extremely clean. I thought the bathroom was big and very accessible to a disabled person. There was a small step into the shower but otherwise the hotel was amazing and accessible.

Rooms need a little tlc maintenance here & there , waiting for the lift at checkout time is a nightmare ( just take the stairs ) cash free bar was a bit of a problem for one or two guests

The room was immaculate , top marks for the housekeeping team . Breakfast was good , thought gh the pancakes sitting under the heat lamp get a little ' solid ' . Bar service was excellent. Good location

The day was boiling which made the hotel boiling which can't be helped but the room air con was broken called down to maintenance and they couldnt fix it so didn't sleep too well but apart from that lovely hotel

Great hotel, great staff really enjoyed. Breakfast was £15 per person which I thought was steep but well worth it the choice was incredible. Would stay again

A night security checking entry after 11 pm with a list. They need to be a balance between safety and how he approached guests
