The lifts couldn’t cope with the volume of people, even though there were 4. We were on the 15th floor and when leaving we stopped at every single floor.

Lovely first impression as really clean and smelled gorgeous. All the staff lovely, especially Alan. Personable and really helpful. Smooth check in and even got a free upgrade which was amazing - thank you!

The reason we selected the hotel was because they had mentioned about having a parking of their own as we were driving but closing to arrival date they emailed saying the parking was a paid parking , which is £16.50 for 24 hours. Upon reaching the hotel which is on a very busy street , the barricade on the cark park entry wouldn't open and few cars were already lined up with Rangers going around and warning us not to park( even wait ) on streets otherwise would be slapped with heavy fines, after repeated calling from the car park buzzer , finally a hotel staff came and let us in . The car park is not inside the hotel building , it is a buiding adjacent to hotel which is open to general public as well, which made the hotel guests difficult to find a parking. We were lucky enough to find a tight and awkward parking and equally difficult to load off our luggage from the car boot and then we had to carry our luggages and walk through the busy car park and through the main street (which is inside the hotel premises) but still difficult to walk with heavy suitcases on the uneven rough ground and also watch for coming and getting out cars from all directions. It was not explained to us and we had to find our way through the back door hotel entry as there was no staff and no other way to find out. The way the people at the reception deal with the parking is also not a nice experience . I wouldn't want to stay there again .

We only stayed for a night so cannot comment on most things but it was nice big and very busy hotel. The room size was as decent as expected, cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom was decent size and very nice with quality products and not the cheap mass produced for hotel industry. Over all a comfortable stay

It’s not the properties fault but the car park was full on arrival , and quite difficult to get around. The location is on a street which is full of bars and clubs so expect a bit of chaos - but we couldn’t hear any noise in our room .

Everything was very modern and clean. We received a complementary room upgrade to superior king . The bed was really comfortable and the walk in shower was amazing. The room came with a fridge, espresso machine and complementary water. White company toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was great! Recommend the omelette. They literally had everything you could ever want for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The security at the door was good following late check in.
