I did get the wrong room number at check in, but that was only a small mistake. The hotel is a bit further away from the city center, but it’s nice to walk in the area.

The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is really good as well.

I feel like there could be a little more attention to detail in rooms. E.g. 2 people in a room but only 1 bottle of water, only a few sugars ect

Appearance but nothing can do about that Have to pay for parking on top but very central to everything so worth it.

hotel doesn't look great from outside but was excellent inside, room rate was great was on 14th floor with great views out of canals and symphony hall and Broad Street. Bucks Fizz on arrival Bedroom has 2 excellent double beds, fully working air conditioning and was quiet. Breakfast next morning was buffet which was okay plenty of food

Great location! Extremely friendly staff in all parts of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable & very clean! Due to its location….. the added benefit of security on the door at night time (checking everyone’s details) was impressive ….. making the bar & lobby area feeling safe!

Parking limited spaces, on the weekends the clubbers from broad street will take up almost all spaces £16.50 for over night . Each time you leave you will be charged again

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We going to leave our luggage as it was too early for check in, but they had a room ready! Very clean, excellent shower in the en-suite, with shampoo and body wash from the White Company (it smelt lovely), excellent tea and coffee facilities, wonderful air conditioning, and most importantly a comfortable bed. There was a lovely clean gym with fantastic machines, so the fitness enthusiasts can get a work out. The breakfast was excellent and check out was very easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again, especially as the location was perfect for Brindley Place, Broad Street and the Utilita Arena. Highly recommend.

My stay was perfect, from the smile and welcome of the wonderful man at the entrance, to the helpful ladies on reception. My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were better than expected. From start to finish it was a wonderful first stay at this hotel. Thank you for making a solo traveller feel safe, comfortable and happy.

The room was perfect, perfect location for the Utilita Arena 10-minute walk tops. The staff was polite and helpful—also a lovely welcome card and cupcakes in the room. Not far from the train station or the Bullring shopping area.

Perfect location for the Utilita Arena and central brum with car park. Rooms were very quiet and comfortable with coffee machine and tv that you could cast your phone to.
