Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very good location, one stop on the tram and your at the co op live building. (Tram is 1 minute walk from the hotel) Piccadilly train station is about an eight minute walk or you can get the tram. There’s a little shop around the corner if you need anything. Also a dominos if you fancy a late night pizza.

To be honest gotta start off with how comfortable the beds were had the best night sleeps here and waking up to breakfast in bed is all you need. The staff were very lovely and very helpful always had smiles on their faces and were very welcoming.

United KingdomWoman at check out barely spoke to me as was chatting with a friend/colleague. Restaurant food was overpriced and service was slow. Hotel rate was expensive considering it didn't include breakfast.
Room was clean and comfortable. Fine if you don't care about the service and just want somewhere to sleep. There's not much more to say than that.
