You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe Aircon switch is not working and had to call reception to turn it on and it gets switched off after a few minutes. Requested to change rooms the staff said he could change but it was the same situation in all the rooms since there was an issue ongoing. Due to that, I had to stay in the same room and he offered to give me a table fan which I accepted. I didn't like this on a good location.

United KingdomFound the bathroom very tired, the shower head dirty and a sink cracked. Dimly lit to hide imperfections The cost for a room trebles when events are on which always annoys me. A full hotel isn't enough but rinsing the customer is clearly the aim. It may be business but please think of the paying public who may be struggling financially. The breakfast was okay but the young waiting staff stood around in groups of three, having a bit of a laugh together and checking phones etc.. very unprofessional.
Location was excellent for the Albert docks and the M&S Arena. Great room with a lovely view to the Liverpool wheel and across the city.

United KingdomThe breakfast was poor for healthy food options. The breakfast bar had a limited glut free offerings. They advertised white and brown gluten free bread but I was told that they no longer had brown.

United KingdomSome of the carpets were stained and could do with a deep clean or changing. Wish they had some disabled parking outside the hotel even on a first coming first serve basis. Breakfast was good, however I missed a hash brown as didn’t want mini roast on my breakfast. Scrambled egg was watery. Apart from that the stay was great
Great location on the Albert Dock and central to everything. Had to change room due to a noisy generator cupboard but second was better by far and staff were very helpful in dealing with this for us.

United KingdomThe carpet in room 438 was really stained, stains were questionable too! In between the beds was the worst area, needs a really good shampoo. I had to place a towel down on the floor so that I could step out of bed onto a clean surface until I was dressed. The windows outside need a clean, though I do appreciate the height of the building is a factor in this.
Lovely staff at reception, comfy bed and generally clean room. Great tea tray which was much needed and complimentary water bottles were appreciated.

United KingdomNot the best lighting for makeup but the bathroom had lots of shelves for me to out my make up across without worrying it would fall into the sink/all over the floor.
I went for the local comic con, hotel was right on the doorstep of the con so I didn't have to walk far and they were cosplayer friendly. Would recommend to other cosplayers for future comic cons. Very helpful when we had trouble finding bags for some of the stuff we had bought.
