I was not thrilled with the soap/shampoo situation. I understand that it is more eco-friendly to have the pump multiuse .bottles but at least make it so the pumps work. I was kind of surprised the did not have charging ports in the room. Both minor things but kept me from.a 10 star rating.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting Belfast close proximity to the bus lines and many good restaurants The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

Only one USB charging point. Dangerous door stopper in bathroom without a cap. We both stubbed our toes. Very noisy in rooms facing the street. Cheap toiletries. Very drying on the skin. Our sink was missing the inside fitting. A rubber plug was supplied but it didn't hold water well.

Only give you 1 set of towels between 2 people. Bar didn't have lemonade or 7 up/split as a mixer for gin .

Lunchtime sandwiches and chicken skewers with TOO MUCH ONION! I mean far too much onion to the point where you had to leave a pile of it at the side of the plate

I found the bed and the pillows to be quite hard. When the cleaners are outside your room servicing other rooms, the door doesn't provide much sound proofing. More hooks in the room/bathroom would be good for hanging coats and towels.

The hotel was clean and had a nice vibe. It is in a very handy location, in the heart of the city centre.

The hotel was a great location. It was easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and to public transport. We had a great street view opposite a lovely building and the pick up spot for a bus tour was on the same road. Opposite the hotel are some convenience stores where we bought snacks and pre prepared meals.

Hotel in a central location. We caught a bus from the airport to the city and the bus station is practically next door. Also close to the train station. Room clean and bed comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent cooked breakfast, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Would recommend.

The food in the bar in the evening was very average. No air conditioning in the room, disturbed at 6.30 each morning by delivery truck in Murray Street as we needed the window open.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing I would touch on was the shower head ,was covered in pink discolouration. Needing cleaned, a real shame as the room on appearance was very clean and when you get a shower head like that makes you feel not as confident about cleanliness as you did when you first walked in. Shame!

Room was fantastic value for money ,big room with lots of facilities, tea,coffee tray and a coffeee pod machine. Complimentary toiletries and water. Access for fridge and safe for personal belongings. For the price paid absolute bargain. James whom we spoke to at check in ,lovely front of house greeting, allowed us an earlier check in ,rooms were ready. Explained we would not be able to stay for breakfast as we had an early ferry, was happy to accomodate us with a packed brekky,as we'd paid breakfast rate, and true to his word they were there in morning. A sandwich ,crisps ,yogurt,,bottle of water ,2 pieces fruit and a sweet,way more than we expected. We also received 2 vouchers on arrival one for free coffee another for discount off food and bar,fantastic.

Carpets were filthy. Furniture dated and unstable. Grout in bathroo. Shower was black in parts. Shower leaked onto floor

Price of room was way too expensive. Executive suite was pretty much the same as a standard room in any other hotel. No late bar or food.
