Lovely property very clean and cosy in a great location. Lots of places to eat nearby and Joes ice cream just round the corner is wonderful. Spacious parking space and tea, and coffee, provided is great after a long journey .

Little things like only one bedside light, no mirror by the desk to use as a dressing table, no toilet roll holders or hand towel holders. No bin in bedroom, thin duvet and only one pillow.

The location of the property and the car parking was ideal, the hosts answered the phone as I had a question about the door key, they were very helpful. Dog friendly is a bonus and it was a lovely little property.

Was fine for 1 night but I didn't feel there was enough equipment in the kitchen for a longer stay. E.g. there was only 1 (enormous) sharp knife, no bread knife, no chopping board (that we could see), no container for cooking food in the microwave and only one wine glass!! Also could do with an extra chair for the table, there were only 2 even though the property sleeps 3. If I'm being very fussy it would be handy to have a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Great for two people but the third person sleeping downstairs was disturbed frequently by outside security lights going on and off, as the light shines into the room.

Bright, spacious, well equipped and warm. Teenage daughter liked the swing chair! Easy parking beside the property.

A few small things could make this place exceptional but did not stop us enjoying our stay. Springs could be felt through mattresses and pillows were very thin. Food from previous visitors left in cupboards and freezer. Toiletries from previous visitors left in shower. Blanking plate over wires in lounge needed. Lots of cigarette ends in garden which I picked up. Coat hanger inside door not affixed to wall. Dishes and cutlery needed washing before use as were dirty. Also, although we managed to park ok in visitors it was embarrassing when I questioned the man parking in our space only to be told they pay for that space and on occasion we didn’t want to move the car in case there were no visitors spaces when we returned but when I queried it I was offered other spaces.

smelt like dog, would never had stayed if I knew dogs were permitted, I’m severely allergic so had to medicate heavily that night. only one pillow and worse of all I have a £100 parking fine for parking in the correct allocated bay. no info on how to do this so text emergency number and was told my registration was on system. woke up to notice the ticket and warden there again. Had to leave at 8.30 to avoid another ticket,
