Only downsides were having to pay extra for Linen, which I was aware of before booking anyway and the mattresses which were very uncomfortable.

Cosy caravan, close by to arcades and restaurants etc within Rockley Park. Well equipped, clean & tidy. Lovely hosts, allowed a late check out with no extra charge.

Great location in the park. The mobile home is well equipped and very comfortable. The park itself is well maintained with lots of activities if you want to get involved. We enjoyed how close we were to the footpath down to the beach, with beautiful views across to Arne it became a firm favorite to do each evening. The booking process was simple and instructions clear.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for the bed sheets and towels. The bed sheets did not seem to be professional cleaned but they were acceptable. I would suggest bringing your own as there is that option.

The second day of our visit, temperature decided to drop subzero and the last 2 single rooms were very cold for some of us sleeping there. Can't be helped much as it's a caravan and there are limitations

Clean place,nice furnishings. Caravan has everything you might need. Cleaning products, cooking pots and pans, salt n pepper, bin bag, comfortable mattresses, clean towels and linen. 10 min trail to a beautiful beach. We're a family of 5 , including elderly parents to a young toddler and all were very comfortable during the stay. My 3 yr old loved playing with the toys, the host kindly provided. Host is very kind , helpful and responsive. Lot of room and chairs to sit around. Shower pressure and temperature is excellent. Bins around the house. Good heating system in the living and double bedrooms. Beautiful views around. Lot of Grocery shops nearby. Lot of activities for kids. Location is very good. Close to the beach and not too far from shops

For customers who are not from England, the advance transfer of the deposit can be expensive as England is no longer in the EU. There is no WIFI in the property, which is disastrous for teenagers. Some of the mattresses are sagging and it takes 25 minutes to flush a toilet until it is ready for use again.

The accommodation was very clean. The owners friendly and helpful. Shops and supermarkets nearby. Entertainment and restaurant directly on site.

I thought paying £12 each for laundry was too much. I’ve never booked s caravan then had to pay to have the duvet covers & bottom sheets/pillow case. £72 for 2 nights is massive when it was under £200 for the whole caravan.

Main couch in living room wasn't very comfortable but we were fortunate to be blessed with good weather so sat out most of the time

A lovely holiday home, very clean when we arrived. We visited with friends and the kids loved the experience. The host were verry helpful with any questions. Well equipped with tea bags, toys, puzzles and games. We will be booking again sometime soon.

We could not find the pull out bed LOL, so I had to sleep on the sofa. The twins room were too small for two people, hard to breath for someone who has small space phobia. The price to get in to the pols was too expensive, it should had been part of the price we had paid already. Also paying for bedding and towels was strange , I had never seen that before and we use caravans a lot.

The receptionist was very pleasant and polite and helpful. The caravan was very clean. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Very close to superstores and the beach. buses running frequently.

Did not have breakfast as it was a self catering holiday but great location. Very quiet, there is a pine tree right above the property so a sign saying.. "Beware of falling pine cones" would be advantageous.
