First red flag started then owner after booking was confirmed didn’t send any instructions until we didn’t call. Pictures in booking.com it’s completely different from reality. This apartment very far away from “Luxuriosly furnished home”. From first step you can smell whole apartment with very very strong smells of curry, indian seasoning and oil. This house need deep cleaning, especially kitchen, carpet in the room, sofas in dining area. Our room doesn’t had any day blinds or day curtains, towels was stiff. Room was under kitchen so curry’s, onions cooking smells was everywhere, all clothes was smelled. Like someone wrote in a review - looks like family with 2 kids living in one of the rooms permanently, they was having quests, so sometimes in theirs room was like 6 or 8 people and all they was laughing, playing, kids was crying and etc. This family was living normally life, from early morning until late. doors was banging and kitchen was always busy with cooking food, their food was always on stove covered in pans. In dining room mostly of time kids was watching tv or family men drinking cocktails. I have nothing a lot about it, but just thinking that is not nice and not respectful for other guests who rent rooms with rules no kids under 5 years and etc. If owner have problems with occupant’s I think it’s not fair or illegal to rent other rooms for people who comes for business, working trip on town. Also some of our food gone, maybe because we put in this family’s place, but I don’t mind for share with poor people. Also in apartment was other people renting room, but they was acting like guests like us. When I called for owner about this situation he became very rude on his language. My trip and mood was ruined because of not fair this apartment owner (first communication with him was nice until we want to solve problem).

On entering the front door there was a smell of stale curry. There was a saucepan of uncovered food on the cooker. The smell was still apparent the next day. There was a lot of noise right up to 11:45 at night, doors banging etc, and again early in the morning. It appears there was a family living there. No tea coffee milk provided, which is essential for people travelling. On texting the Host he offered to use what was in the kitchen, but there was no coffee or milk. Good size large towels but they were as stiff as cardboard. No hand towels supplied. There was only one facecloth for two people. Cables under tv needed tidying! Positive 10/10 for cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. There was a large selection of toiletries but all are part used by previous guests. The good value was just in the bed and general cleanliness.

This is a house that the owner rents the bedrooms out and everyone shares the kitchen and living room . I wasn’t aware of this , this would be more for spare bed room .com It’s not a guest house The owner doesn’t even live or go there he just tells you how to get in and that’s it your sharing a house . No parking and street is crammed with cars . Not how it seems on booking . Com .

Big comfy bed, nice big bathroom, clean as you like, host is excellent with communication, guests only, cleaners in the day, use of kitchen shared but was always free when I wanted it. Nice comfy sofas in front room and a 60 inch TV. Will visit again didn't feel like housewares more like a home away from home. 5 Stars.

The bathroom didn't have a shower, but only a bath; but I managed fine.

Very pleasant stay of 7 nights, it was. Regular cleaners and care takers keep the place clean. Use of living room and kitchen, and garden, helped Me relax a lot too. Very pleasant and sincere owner too. :) A++
