Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe table in the bedroom is not good enough because it did not have second leg which makes it difficult to place things on top of it. I can’t open the second door of the wardrobe because of the television attached to the wall. No appropriate window blind in the bedroom and toilet and people can see through it when light is on and during the day.
Good, clean and comfortable kitchen, shower room and toilet. Privacy and quiet environment.

You also need to replace the tv remote or tv, it's old the remote control. Also as you walk in the property,you have a light that goes on and off at the slightest moment,it's not good when trying to sleep.

United KingdomI really wish I could leave a better review because the location was perfect and the owner that I spoke to on the phone was lovely. Being located right next to the fire station made the location feel safe and it was easy walking distance to the train station and the football stadium and there's a really good food van across the road. The facilities in the studio are exactly what you would need, in fact more than I expected. Unfortunately however it was really quite dirty. And I don't mean fussy person dirty I mean dirty dirty. There was once white towel on my bed and the skirting boards and door frames were absolutely clad with grime. The bathroom moldy as well as the windows I don't doubt the cleaner probably throws a Hoover and a mop around but that is clearly as far as their cleaning Talents go. Being as the woman I spoke to was so nice I have chosen the narrative that she doesn't know how bad her cleaners are and would be thoroughly disappointed to know. Hopefully cleaners get a stern talking to or replaced, because it's the only thing holding the apartment back from being perfect. I think a lot of effort went in Once Upon a to making these studio flats modern and tidy it's shame that they are being ruined by poor upkeep from cleaners. Communal stairs are really Filthy clearly haven't been hoovered in a long time. Pin number security for building in room make you feel super safe. The other reviews are accurate about the coldness of the room and how tricky is to find, don't rely on Google Maps or you will take very strange details down very dodgy Alleyways. Look for the fire station and the apartments are adjacent.
Location's good, owner friendly and helpful, feel safe especially as a lone traveling female. Apartment is modern and quite homely with good cooking and washing facilities

United KingdomThe satnav won't take exact on the right address and when I tried to contact the owner she didn't answer then I text her she didn't even reply then I had to walk around asking for the right address later I find it makes matters worse she didn't bother to call or text back until I check out and that house was really cold the heater was useless

United KingdomCheck in was at 2, we had something booked for 2:45 and the room hadn’t even started to be cleaned until 2:10 so we were late for our booking. The room was quite hot, but one of our windows were broken. The code we had didn’t work for the room

Perfect location in walking distance to the 02 academy and really reasonably priced accommodation. Rooms all clean, self contained apartments (we didn't need to use but would be great if staying in for food ect). Host was easily contactable and answered any questions really quickly with how to check in and parking ect. A great stay for a weekend with our friends.
