The address on the listing should be edited as its not complete. If the address can’t be edited, the host should provide the full address(with house number) to the guests in time, as well as the safe password. We got stranded when we arrived at midnight because we only had the post code and didn’t know the house number, though I also accept my mistake as I should have asked and confirmed everything before the trip. The location of the safe and instructions to access the property should also be made available in advance. We had to ring bookings.com to get the house number and I had to ring the bell, thankfully the host answered us at that midnight and let us in. I believe this shouldn’t have happened if we had all the details in advance. To future guests, please make sure you get all these details in advance….. aside that, no other complaints.

Just constructive criticism, for us it would have been handy to have more hooks, for coats, dress etc. maybe on the back of the front door?

Host was friendly on the phone. Room was just what we needed, thank you. Lovely nights sleep, nice and quiet.

We had no soap in the bathroom, and it could do with somewhere to hang some clothes up.

The check-in process was a bit 'buffling' and odd (to say the least...) but when inside the room it was great.

The room was in the standard of any hotelroom, and all very clean. It was a bit odd how to first 'check in' since you have to walk into someones garden, and then leave(!) the garden at another gate to access the room in another building. However when finally inside, it was great and clean. ...and most important: not overpriced!

Really comfy bed Great location near station- easy trip into Central London Fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle - Tesco express at the station so really easy for breakfast Lovely and clean Great communication from the hosts

Absolutely great value for money. I stayed three nights in April and was very comfortable. The room is actually better equipped than most Premier Inns, with a fridge and a microwave, as well as the usual shower, TV, and coffee/tea etc. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area. Very helpful host. 5 stars.

Although it didn't affect us the TV signal is a little poor. The mattress was way to soft to the point of sinking into it but we manage an ok nights sleep still.

The suite is a well converted garage and tastefully done. It bright and fresh with most of the amenities you could wish for including crockery, cutlery and a microwave and a mini fridge with the a tiny icebox. The host replied to my questions quickly and sent simple instructions on how to reach the suite through what I assume to be his back garden. I found the Sainsbury's close enough to walk to if needed and convenient.

Three types of tea but no coffee. I don't like tea. I do like coffee.

Once I found the place, it was strange to be taken through the side gate and the garden, but was pleased to find a converted garage that was very clean and very comfortable.

This is best value for money I have ever received (not too far outside london). I was able to get to a meeting in London Fenchurch Street from the nearest station in 35minutes. Be aware the train is not so frequent, however I didnt pay £130 plus to stay in busy london on a saturday for one night. This lovely cosy place was a life saver. You get what you pay for and to be honest my stay exceeded my expectations. The suite was extremely clean and cheap in price. I drove to the property from Manchester, after my meeting I even managed to drive into london late a night for a cheeky site tour, I got to Westminster in 49mins drive (at 11.25pm). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND if you want somewhere cheap to stay, self contained with privacy

Hair on bed, 1 cup was dusty as if the place was not well prepared for us, shower needed proper enclosure, not adequate bathroom floor mat

This is a real bug bear of ours and one we never understand ? why offer tea and coffee making facilities but no milk sachets or even a small jug enough for a cup or two ? we travelled a great distance, arrived late, and in the morning it's nice to have a cup before starting out, it's always the little things that make the biggest difference. Yes, after arriving we could have got in the car and tried to find a garage or service area to get some milk, but honestly, who wants to do that ?

Ease of access, was clean and perfectly functionable, en suite shower and loo is always a bonus.
