No kettle in the room, I can't understand why ? Coffee maker which didn't work, no hot water or coffee. TV not working, didn't care about that.

Some small bits were broken in the room eg curtain pole, the toiletries bottle…again these are very small issues to point out but did not effect our stay.

Was greeted by Artu (not sure if I’ve spelt that right) he was welcoming and showed me to the room and explained the facilities and check in and check out process. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was work going on outside the building from early, woken up at 4.30am by the bins being emptied.

It didn’t have a kettle in the room, just a coffee pod machine and only one of us drinks coffee. You can’t use it to make tea, we tried, as the tea just tastes of coffee.

The music from the downstairs restaurant, does reach up to the room but only till 10pm.

VERY noisy! Restaurant was noisy until about 12am (including glass bottles being emptied in to bins),traffic noise was intermittent all night and drunk people shouting outside.

Great location in the town and close to a convenient car park (though you are limited to 24 hours parking so only good for a one night stay). Rooms were lovely, big bed and nicely decorated.

There was a very bright green emergency light in the room. The bins were being emptied outside through the night right below my window. It woke me three times the last time was 05.30. Not sure on the others.

The facilities and staff are very good. We managed to get in to the restaurant. The food and service was excellent.

There was a green safety light that looked innocuous in the day time but lit the whole room up at night and you couldn't turn it off. I'm sure there must be an alternative.

Noisy very early in the morning (Thursday) perhaps a Bin collection day but it did wake us and disturb what was a good night sleep prior.

Very central and close to what we needed. Easy access 24/7.

No possibility to make hot water for tea and the coffee machine produced water with brownish color and likely coffee taste.

Room and bathroom seemed very new and were clean. Spacious room and although on top of restaurant no smell. Dark curtains made it possible to sleep until later. Friendly staff. Liked the oat milk alternative for the coffee!!! Found it good value for money.

Lack of simple hotel things like a lift and reception which you can get at local hotels at a lesser cost, I understand you can't add them to the old building but it would be a factor in me staying again at the premium price. Windows don't block the hustle of the outdoors.

There is no outside parking for the hotel cars and you had to go and use multi story car park which was a pain

Parking could be explained better for those that do not know the area. Bed was a touch small but very comfy (we are used to a super king so probably just us being fussy)

Lovely decor. Easy to gain access to room both during the day and night. Fantastic location very near centre. No on site parking but as we knew the area we knew we could park in multistorey. £8 for 24hours.

Tv wasn’t working which was a shame as it’s the perfect place to relax in bed after a day of exploring
