The bed was quite noisy and unsteady.

The staff was very responsive and helpful making our time there enjoyable. I was studying for an exam and found there was no table in the room or chair suitable for study. He was quite swift and brought a table and chair that really made a difference. I was super happy for the prompt response.

The kitchenette was well stocked and the fridge contained fresh milk, water and apple juice. There were lots of plug sockets which was useful. We were visiting friends and it was only a couple of miles to Ecclesfield.

My only issue was we booked the small room by mistake and the bed was too small. But it didnt put me off the place the house ia lovely and clean owners are great and if we needed anything were there.

1 tiny mirror The plastic wardrobe thing is not needed. The garden could of been tidied up and made more presentable. The area but that was my fault for not checking properly. The front door could do with a blind just for light

The beds are quite soft. Will be a plus if basic shampoo/ shower gel and hair dryer is provided.

We were upgraded to the appartment for free! Great surprise! The owner is responsive to messages. The appartment had everything we needed - cutlery, cooking utensils, bedding... Big ASDA supermarket just a few minutes away by car.

Listing does state towels are included, only 2 bath towels are infact included in a room suitable for up to 5 people, owner was very pleasant about it and stated that there are just 2 towels. Not enough pillows/bedding for 5 people, however we made it work. Kitchen has very limited amount of pans, cups ect. Maybe just make those things a little clearer on the listing as we would have bought our own if we had realised.

Property was clean and nicely presented, just right for what we needed as a family. Owner very friendly, we would recommend.

Shower clogged, no hooks nearby for towel or for jackets. You need to bring own towels. We could not open windows in bedroom - if you like fresh air at the morning you need to open kitchen window. No glasses for cold drinks or for wine. only plates and cups.

I booked this apartment close to my home for my family who visited me. Quiet area, parking space if needed, plenty of shops around. Good communication with nice lady owner over the phone. Fully equipped kitchen with milk juice, water and biscuits on welcome. Iron, Ironing board and hair dryer available. WIFI, TV and DVD player also available, plenty of DVD for you and your child to watch in case of boring rainy days. My family did not use them as we spend time outdoors, but I guess it is working fine.

So many things. Firstly, the listing said private bathroom. I have stayed in places previously with a private bathroom and all of the bathrooms were only accessible by myself. This was NOT the case. The landing was shared with another room and the bathroom was open to anyone staying there. there was no external lock so I was unable to leave anything in the bathroom. This is not my opinion of a private bathroom. The room was able to be booked by a couple but there was only 1 chair, which was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever had the misfortune to sit on. There was a passive aggressive note about throwing things out of the window and the plug socket by the bed was actually an extension lead which I wasn't sure how safe it was so I didn't use it. I will never stay here again, it was very disappointing.

Dirty socks found under the sheet but on top of the mattress topper, sheet was inside out (not clean) Was provided with a clean duvet cover/pillowcase - not needed. No bedside cabinet, only main light no side lights, not enough pillows, no extra rubbish bags, cabinet door broken. No sink in ensuite (which is illegal) no fire extinguisher in room, no fire doors. TV you needed passwords, no instructions on how to use.

Pretty much everything. The area didn’t feel safe. There was rubbish in the garden and piled up outside the property next door. There was a bad smell in the bedroom. I opened the window and watched while a rat ran around in the garden. The en-suite wasn’t in the room and the door on it was flimsy. The toilet seat was broken and I couldn’t get hot water. I left after one night.

They charged £20 for early check in cleaning fee. If you have baggages it's not easy to handle. Parking also poor.

If you go with a kids, this is not a place for you.

On the second day of our stay, there was no hot water for half the day, we reported it to the host, and we received an answer only the second day after leaving the facility. We received information from booking that the host wanted to refund 40 Euros for the fact that we did not have hot water, to this day we have not received any compensation. I do not recommend.
