Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable for us.

Apartment was well appointed and very modern. Self check in entry process was easy to follow.

The outside of the property was disgusting. It sank of wee and there were piles of sick we had to step over each day. We had to buy our own tea bags and milk, this would have been nice in the property. The lift also broke down on the second day of our stay meaning we had to take the stairs with all our luggage.

The apartment was well decorated, clean inside, beds were nice.

we were staying overnight and planned to shop, eat & drink. it would have been very helpful if there had been somewhere to store our luggage as we had to carry this around with us because of the times of check in & check out

Shower leaked slightly The main door into the apartment was broken, so one layer of security was down for the duration of our stay as anyone could get in/out

These apartments are really well kitted out, very comfy and very spacious. So close to the centre of Manchester, everything is walking distance. We loved having a table to eat at each morning, as well as a 'sitting' area with comfy sofa and TV. It all felt modern and clean. The bathroom had nice soaps, a bamboo bathmat was a nice touch, and again everythhing really clean. Kitchen was really well equipped and there was nice added touch of a dishwasher tablet x2 which made life easy for us. Also some tea and coffee, can of pop and a snack on arrival, which again is a nice added touch and made a huge difference and took it from a 9oo10 to a 10 oo 10 for me. Aldi was literally 30m across the street and Tesco Express less than 200m away, so it was super convenient. Being able to cook our own meals made it really chilled, much cheaper than eating out for everything, and one day we went shopping and kept popping back to drop off bags and get a cup of tea/ snack, because it was SO close to the Arndale. You could see it from the apartment window. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was perfect as we could watch people go by, but we weren't disturbed by any noise. (the bedroom is away from the street to help with this) easy access to get the key for checkin and to leave it again at the end. Warning you do have to pay a hefty deposit, and there's a small amount of faff to sort that through their website, but in my opinion, worth it for the place you get to stay in, and we and no trouble with deposit, in fact they just put a hold on the card, never took anything.

One minor issue with the bath in the apartment we stayed in , seemed to empty itself slowly after filling.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The apartments are perfectly located in central Manchester and close to everything you need. I was provided with all the information I needed for check in so this was a seamless experience. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend.

My only complaint is that the front gate was broken throughout my stay, meaning there was no need for a door code to enter. This was a bit unsettling as the property is accessed through an alley from Market Street, making it possible for anyone to follow or attempt to enter. However, the situation was somewhat alleviated by the locked front door, which required a key for entry

The location is excellent, right on Market Street, making shops, restaurants, and public transport easily accessible by foot. The apartment was clean, and overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I would recommend it to anyone considering staying here
